• Payment:
  You will receive a payment link on the day of booking or later for making the payment. The damage deposit (see below) will be pre-authorized on your credit card.
  
  Damage deposit:
  Please note that a fixed amount of € 300 for stays up to 14 nights and € 500 for stays of more than 14 nights will be pre-authorized (blocked) on the credit card on the day of booking. It will be fully refunded subject to a damage inspection of the apartment after an inspection on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card.
  
  Check-in:
  Please note that there is no reception desk. You can pick up your key cards from the key box located at the entrance of the building to your apartment. The access code will be sent to you a few days in advance. You can also visit the office at Marc Aurel Strasse 7, 1010 Vienna, between 09:00 and 18:00 for any queries or questions.
  
  Please provide photo ID:
  Please provide your identity card or your passport when checking in at the office. If you check in outside the office, please send a copy of your identity card or passport via e-mail or SMS.
  
  Cleaning:
  For stays longer than 6 nights, a change of towels and waste disposal is included in the price.
  
  Required access:
  Access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from Monday till Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 for weekly cleanings / refreshing & repairs by a technician.

  Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
