Milana at the front desk was very helpfull for us in explaining locations, attractions and transport use to make our stay most enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to stay in Vienna. Good location and hotel with top class service.

On edge of centre of city within easy walking distance of lots of the must see and do things.
Quiet location friendly staff.

The beds were super comfortable wonderful sleep really. Nice breakfast friendly staff.

Sir John station at the reception area, is very helpful and kind to all the guess. He pays attention to the very detail the guest needs. He ensures that every guess will surely gets a comfortable stay. With my experience I need a transfer from the hotel to the airport going to Paris, France. I told Mr John what I need and of course without any doubt I got the transport in no time… that’s how agile he is and the people at the breakfast nook. They maintain a clean environment, fresh food and free from smoke. Bathroom is so safe to use even when there’s no toilet protector. I also like the history that’s attach to the hotel. So beautiful experience and highly recommendable.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from all the major attractions and restaurants. Opposite a little park in a quiet little square with three cafe/bars, a small supermarket and a wine bar on the corner. And the Airport bus drops you off just around the corner for 13 euros return… what more could you want! All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely three days here, and will recommend to family and friends. Thankyou!

Great location near the airport citybus station and the river. Few minutes to the city centre. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. Gym available 24hr is a plus.

Great location in the middle of town, but in a quiet and stylish area. You can walk to the main sights. The hotel is very clean. The rooms soundproof. A bit gaunt the courtesy set while good is breakfast. Recommended.

After bad initial moment, with uncooperative (indeed non-oscstatic) receptionist, everything went well. Nice room with properly functioning amenities. Quiet. Staff, especially brekfast workers, make four of them. All very nice. I recommend it.

Rooms are spacious enough but most of them looks to a very very small atrium/hallway which makes it nearly impossible to exhale after a long day out in the city. The air conditions are central & don’t work in spring… nice & friendly reception, neatly housekeeping & reasonably good breakfasts are the upsides. Not to forget greaaaat central location.

This place is amazing. Great location, close to city center. The rooms are modern and clean. The beds are comfortable and we slept so well. The hotel is right across from a park and it's so quiet in the evenings. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, especially John at the front desk. I love this hotel and am looking forward to returning to this beautiful city and staying at the K & K Palais Hotel.

Fantastic neighborhood beautiful and a 15-minute walk from the centre. In Austria, the people are very friendly and respectful. Staff hotel very friendly.

It is ok. The room on the 6th floor are clean, but quite shabby. Location is subprime ~10 min walking to St Stefan Cathedral, but it is near the donaukanal and has a small park nearby.

Stayed for a couple of nights in February and it was a wonderful stay. Had a room with a lovely view onto the square. Close enough to all the main attractions in Vienna whilst being hidden in a quiet area. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. Would stay here again.

A good hotel, the rooms are cozy, the staff friendly and helpful.
It is in a great strategic location a few meters from the metro you can quickly access the whole city. The winter evening is a somewhat secluded area, I mean the route between the Metro and the hotel but in any way Vienna is a quiet place.

Very nice play to stay. 10min from the city center… Very clean hotel and friendly staff… I recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Vienna.

This hotel has a lot to learn we stayed here for two nights upon check in we found the maid still in our room 604 we had just one carton of milk left each day and water in the mini bar over €5 a bottle extortionate prices! Most hotels offer water free!
Our room had steps up to the window and sloping ceilings which we’re really dangerous along with the step to the bathroom. The room was very hot so we had to have the window open which then meant any road noise and light coming through hardly the recipe for a good nights rest. The maid tried coming in the room at just gone 9am we are on holiday with a do not disturb on the door!
The room key should you loose it will just allow the person access to your room which hotel in this day and age displays your room number?!?
The lady called Danielle on reception was also very abrupt and cold! This K&k hotel is not a patch on the K&k in Budapest which is fantastic. The only positive at this hotel is the location would not recommend or return!

Cleanest hotel I ever stayed probably. They have smiley face all the time. They are helpful. Breakfast is nice. Silent and big rooms. Totally stay again.

Rooms were OK, check in at night was no problem. The breakfast was manageable, but sufficiently varied.

We were unfortunately only 3 nights in Vienna and were totally enthusiastic about the hotel and staff. Close to Metro, tram and bus, even on foot everything easily accessible. We would book a room there again at any time. Opposite the hotel there is the restaurant Stopfer, also highly recommended (great wines, great food and great staff).

Whatever you do, do not accept a room on the 6th floor. It's like being in prison (I imagine). The window is a small opening onto the roof that you can't see out of even by standing on a chair — I've just tried! It's stiflingly hot even with the window open (long pole provided) and/or the air conditioning going full blast. We didn't choose this room. It was booked for us as part of a package by Railbookers. Should have asked to see it first. Off to have breakfast. Hope it is a better experience! Fortunately the breakfast was very good. Nice selection of food and staff on hand to provide coffee refills.

Free sweets and drinks in the lobby! Rooms were cool and airy during the heatwave. Breakfast was great and well catered. Full amenities and great location with good transport links.

We stayed at K+K Palais Hotel, Rudolfspl. 11, 1010 Wien, Austria May 7 for 3 nights. Please beware for $200.00 plus per night (over $600) for three nights) make sure they don't book you on the 6th floor of the hotel. There is no window but you do have sky light that provides no view at all. Also if you sit at the desk provide the ceiling is only about 66 inches from floor to ceiling so if you are less then 5 ft 6 inches tall you will hit your head on the ceiling. Shame on K&K for even offering such a room.

Great location, clean, great breakfast and nice staff.

My daughter and I spent 5 magical days at this wonderful hotel in May 2016. Everything was perfect and it us situated where you can walk to almost everything. We highly recommend this palace and the staff were amazing.

It's all great, it's one of the best hotels I've ever tried.
