Rooms aren't exactly the best, found blood on the sheets, it's a mattress on the floor, USB sockets provided do not work, not sound proof as it's plywood and plasterboard between you and the next person, door lock to get in the place is a nightmare to get in but location is good, about 40min walk to the center of Vienna and about 5min walk to the nearest stores and takeouts for food.
Not child friendly and definitely not private for couples. But if you need a place to put your head down for your trip it's cheap.

Avoid at all cost. When I came in there was 2 people on my room! They said they paid in cash to someone or simply I think they just stayed and no one checked the rooms.
The codes for the room are not changed. No one answered the calls on the line. The rooms are dirty — same as the spare parts. It's smelly in there of cigarettes and other staff. Most of the ppl there are walking half naked.
The rooms are hot — the air conditioning is just a fan in the ceiling and it's not doing anything — just noisy.
Book something else — this place is just a joke and not managed properly.

TLDR: Absolute nightmare, DO NOT GO!
We booked a night with my friend and upon arrival (in a somewhat scary street) we first discovered that the main door had a big impact on the glass.
Then while going upstairs it was really nasty and there were cigarettes buts everywhere, including right at the door of CUBES (indoor stairs).
We then entered and it looked like the photos except 10 years later after a zombie apocalypse. Chairs broken, floor with stains everywhere and holes.
We proceeded to the « room » which is just a tiny cube (that’s the concept tho, but it gave black mirror vibes), but imagine our surprise when we discovered that it had not been cleaned! Old sheets were still on, and it was disgusting.
We called the help phone number to tell them and they could not do a thing, so they just refunded us, leaving us at 8pm without anywhere to sleep (only positive point in this story is that the lady on the phone that was actually nice).
Anyway we would not have slept there it was simply disgusting and we felt insecure.

The rooms are tiny and there aren’t any windows in the room so there’s not enough air. It’s hard to breathe there.
The water both from the tap and in the shower is freezing cold, which makes it impossible to take a shower.
Our bed sheets didn’t feel fresh, and our „neighbors“ complained to us that their bed wasn’t made at all! and there was no stuff around that they could talk to, to fix this problem.
Also, the place didn’t feel safe. The front doors weren’t looked anyhow, so anyone could come inside.
I don’t recommend staying here : (

It was one of my worst experience with accomodation.
We came here for new years eve, and it was 228€, but the photos were fine so we thought it’s okey for one night. We’ve found hair and bodyhair in our bed, I think they didn’t changed the bed sheet. It’s a closed room without any possibility to let air inside the room. My chest started to hurt after 1-2 hours because I couldn’t breath normally. I had to come out to breath again and then I went back and I woke up every second hour to open the door until the air comes in.
The bathroom was so dirty, a trainstation is cleaner than this place. Really regret not to wait for the first train in the morning.

Don’t waste of your money. My room was not cleaned yet, and bedcovers weren’t changed. I also found a cockroach in the kitchen. You can find other clean guest house in this city, this place should not be your option if you care about cleanness.
