Changing to 5 stars to withdraw my previous complaint. I don't like that units are advertised as having kitchenettes when there's just one shared kitchenette for the whole building. I would never have booked a month-long stay if I'd known this. Otherwise, it's a decent place to stay and in a good location.
We stayed in one of the apartments for 4 nights. The room was spotless clean, easy check in and check out. Close to metro and nearby there are plenty of restaurants and cafes.
I highly recommend this place it definitely is value for money.

I was a bit scared to see lots of bad reviews, but it turned out to be much better than expectation. This is a highly automated clean and organized hotel, and you expect no service involving physical human appearance. So better than self-check in AirBnB, but not as good as real hotels. Those who put 1 star might have paid enough to stay a real hotel — if it is below 70 a night I say it's a good buy, otherwise maybe not.
Make sure you have network, or at least download offline map and ask the assistant for Wi-Fi password as they are needed to access check in information.
Best to complete check-in process before you leave the airport, or you need to shuffle your passport check app in front of the door. Best to put the expected arrival time earlier than the true expectation, or you have to wait at the door until you can access the information.
They have one oven/microwave, basic cooking tools + dishes, along with some salt/papper/sugar. You can reheat some pizza but cannot boil pasta. You can expect free towels/shampoo soaps but not teeth brushes.
