First of all, the room we received looked completely different from the photos. It felt very misleading, to the point that I reopened the listing photos to make sure I had booked the correct property. The furniture was old, and the dining table was paired with three completely different styles of chairs, making the room look mismatched and poorly maintained.
The listing also stated that air conditioning was available, but our room did not have it. When we contacted the property, they explained that not all room types include air conditioning. Staying here during the summer was extremely uncomfortable, and I kept waking up throughout the night because of the heat. The Wi-Fi was also very weak and unreliable. It frequently disconnected, was often difficult to connect to, and the speed was extremely slow.
I also question how so many reviews describe this place as clean. The floor was sticky as soon as we entered the room. There was a clump of hair on the shelf next to the sink, red stains on one of the dining chairs, and numerous stains on the carpet. The refrigerator smelled of cigarette smoke when opened, and the towels also had a noticeable smoke odor. The towels themselves looked heavily worn and clearly had been used and washed many times.
To make matters worse, shampoo was not provided upon check-in. It appeared that housekeeping had forgotten to restock it, although it was eventually supplied after we reported the issue.

Apartment is very good, clean and neat.

Please have bright lightings in 4th floor. It's scary in night time.

This is a wonderful place to stay close to Schönbrunn, good value for money and clean.
