The hotel is located in a peripheral area but is well connected to the city center. The rooms are small but comfortable and functional, with comfy beds, both hot and cold air conditioning, and a bathroom equipped with shampoo, soap, and a new shower.
The staff is kind and helpful: at check-out we asked if we could leave our luggage there for the whole day since our train was in the evening, and they were very accommodating. Overall it’s a simple but practical stay, more than adequate for those who like us mainly used the hotel as a place to stay overnight.

Stayed here for a few weeks and it was great. Everyone was so friendly and accomodating for us and our child. Breakfast was always great.
The location is decent. Simmering is one end of the U3 line so you usually have lots of space and empty seats when taking the nearby ubahn.
