A ‘Charming’ Experience at Hahn Hotel – Or Not”
Well, what can I say about Hahn Hotel Vienna? A place that truly knows how to surprise you… by canceling your reservation at the last minute! I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but alas, Hahn Hotel had other plans for me. Apparently, they’re so in demand that they can’t be bothered to honor bookings – but don’t worry, they’ve got a backup plan: a list of alternatives I can book at Booking. Com. How thoughtful!
Now, let’s talk about how the staff must be expert jugglers, as they managed to juggle my expectations with a lovely “we can’t accommodate you” message, only to offer a refund that doesn’t quite cover the price difference. I mean, what’s a few extra euros to a guest whose reservation they just randomly canceled, right? But hey, don’t worry – I’m sure I’ll get the €32.36 eventually after jumping through the hoops of submitting invoices. It’s almost like a treasure hunt, only I’m the one paying for the treasure.
If you’re into spontaneous adventures where your original plans get tossed out the window, Hahn Hotel is the place for you! If not, I’d suggest not booking here unless you enjoy last-minute surprises and a lack of any actual responsibility.
Would I recommend it? Only if you’re looking for the thrill of uncertainty and being left to scramble for a new place at the last minute. Hahn Hotel, a true masterclass in customer service… or not.
Quite good. My flight was cancelled and I needed accommodation for 2 nights. It just took one hour overnight from the airport to key retrieval at the hotel entry door.

This "hotel" looks great online. Unfortunately, it is the worst. First, it is too far from the center. It will take train (s) travel for about 20 minutes and then walking for a total of about 30 minutes. Second, there is no body to talk to if you need any thing when you arrive. You just get a code to secure your key and then you are on your own. You will talk to someone the next day. Third, even if you reserve a double bed, if you are a solo traveler, you will get twin beds put together, just one pillow, a piece of blanket that covers only one of the twin beds. The shower is so small you may end up bumping to the walls of the shower. Oh, I forgot, boiled eggs — they are not well boiled that when you crack them you get wet staff from inside. Ewww. Anyway, it was a waste of money and bad experience. Never come here.
