A very beautiful hotel with a nice crew very good bed, great breakfast very quiet and ideally located. The cocktail bar that is in the low floor is also a must.

Just got back from the most amazing time at Hotel Josefine, I was really excited to stay here but it really exceeded my expectations.

We spent six nights at Hotel Motto and ended up experiencing two room types — the Deluxe room for the first two nights and then a Junior Suite for the remainder of our stay.

Wonderful 3-night stay at Boutique Hotel Motto.

The Hotel Beethoven is great! It is a very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The bar is a nice place to gather at the end of the day.

The bar was beautiful and had the best drinks that we had in Vienna during our stay, Marcel specifically made the bar experience so much more fun. 10/10 would recommend to spend an evening at the bar.

Great location for a base for exploring the city. Wonderful service from check-in to check-out. We stayed in room 408 — very comfortable, roomy bathroom, quiet and clean.

This hotel is so cute! The service is top notch highly suggest to get the breakfast included, book the spa for yourself such a great experience. Allll the staff is very kind.

Right on Mariahilfer Straße, with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was clean, comfortable.

The hotel is small… a pension actually. And it's basic but clean and well kept.

The location was so perfect. The breakfast was also nice. There's so many nice restaurants, cafés and bars near the hotel, and even more choices if you walk towards Mariahilf or Karlsplatz.

Rooms were comfortable. It would be good to have a bottle of drinking water or a jar of potable tap water in the rooms.

The rooms are comfortable and the bed and linen are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms well maintained with a good shower and warm water.

Everything about our stay was smooth from start to finish, especially the quick and convenient contactless check-in and check-out.

The apartment is spacious, beautiful and clean The location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the Hofburg Palace and all the museums. The service responds quickly when contacted.

My stay at the Terminus Hotel was very pleasant. Farshad, the receptionist, met my daughter and me at the reception, immediately asked how we had gotten there and recommended interesting places.

My daughter booked this hotel for us, and I can not fault it. Check-in was easy and staff friendly, plus our rooms were available early.
The rooms were good, not massive, but enough for our needs.

They’re a very understanding management group. Hospitality is not something they look past. If you’re having plans to come to Vienna, I would recommend booking with them as a safe option. Proper lads.

It was a very comfortable stay. The guesthouse is very close to the main street and the museum district, and it’s very clean. The owners are a sweet couple. It’s a very quiet and cozy place.

The hotel was really nice! The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit dim. What we really liked and appreciated was the professionalism of the receptionists.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff, particularly the night crew, were really nice and helpful.

As good as Mercury could be. Clean hotel. Located 10 mins walk from West Railway station, and ~30 minutes from the city center. Breakfast — with hot options, but nothing exciting.

Vienna was city # 2 on our 4 city travels through Central Europe and was planned almost 5 months in advance.

The apartment is in an excellent location, with great connections (subway, bus just a few meters away, direct link to the main train station).

What really stood out was the hospitality. Radim was warm, welcoming, and genuinely generous—helpful and available whenever we needed him.

I almost never write reviews — but this stay was truly something special.

So I booked the hotel room, and the day before arriving I checked reviews (on Google Maps) and I was terrified… I was mentally preparing to fight the night bugs and have none of the comfort.

Location of the hotel is perfect just about 30m from metro U3 station at Zieglergasse. A room is a bit smaller but well decorated.
Good 👍 for a night or two.
