The Suite was spacious but the carpet was off the floor full of stains and the wall edges total. The toilet paper was a bit like a public toilet. What to get, this Hotel is 4* I don't understand. The Breakfast was not very clearly there's a lot to choose from! I will not go to this Hotel because the price-performance ratio do not match!

Only unfortunately a shortcoming no air conditioning and there is some hot in the room.

Very expressive hotel compared to the services. Good restaurant and Good big rooms but, Snowing outside and no room hearing during 2 nights because nobody controls. On the morning no hot water to take a shower! No wireless on ground floor… just a disaster. To avoid!

Hotel — 2 stars: Cold water in the morning, poorly insulated room, the beds are old and worn, breakfast expensive in view of the choice proposes… to finish the carpets on the floor and on the wall makes the place paradise for the Achariens!
I definitely advise!

€150 is not justified, the beds squeak and the breakfast is very meager, including No fresh fruit, no staff is eager to take care of the guests.
For us, it is not in question again.

So I was having my girlfriend and her parents on a birthday dinner and this evening was just wonderful. We were greeted very nicely and politely. Since we had pre-booked our table was already covered and it looked very nice. I ordered a steak this evening (medium 270gramm) and that was the best steak that came to me under fork and knife in Wels. It had everything fit and was perfectly prepared, see photos.
The prices are quite OK for what you get!
As a nice gesture from the kitchen there was a very special dessert for the birthday boy (photo! )
On this day I photographed all the dishes so that you could get an impression of it.
Gladly again.

Great family run hotel with lots of atmosphere. The excellent food in the cosy Finnish Kotta (original) allowed the evening to be memorable in the circle of friends. The personal service of the owner family and their team was excellent!

Wegen der Lage des Hotels ist es für einen dienstlichen oder auch privaten Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Die Altstadt so wie auch die Messe ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das einzige was zu bemängeln war, sind die sehr weichen Matratzen. Aber alles in allem, ein Hotel zu empfehlen.

Nice room in downtown Wels. Walking distance to the old Town centre and good Austrian dining. Easy parking right behind the hotel.

Clean, nice room, with good beds and a superb bathroom. The Velux window's blind or shutter, was broken and that made it really hard to cover the window unfortunatelly, so a lot of light came through at morning, right above the bed. It was really hot in Wels, so I missed airconditioning, a personal must. Fortunately there was a fan in the room, that made things bareable. Location is good, not far from center and close to big highway A3.

Nice large room but no air con, fat too hot in my room for me. Comfortable bed, good shower, when it decided to stay the correct temperature! Breakfast buffet was usual Austrian affair. Reasonable stay, parked on street so unsure whether off road parking was available. Over complicated Wi-Fi procedure was a pain.

Very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are also rooms for smokers!
I think that's great, is rare to find!

It is clean but… some rooms are huge and some very small. You gotta be lucky and if not it won't be such great stay. The rooms are super warm. No ac. The street is loud. Not the worst but better in the area.

A very clean and well maintained hotel. The rooms clean and pleasantly designed.
Value for money: very good!
However, the staff and reception get a 1+++. Seen rarely such friendly and helpful staff.
