The room was very clean and the staff was always friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel, Very nice staff, class hotel room, all Clean, Top Centrally located, directly at the castle of Wels and of course in the center, underground parking available, but only 2.15m high, hotel has 4 stars but no climate, room was located in the courtyard, so we could open the windows but had let the fan pass through at night. Breakfast is available, but it doesn't work out. Kitchen staff also very bed and helpful.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast and very friendly staff. The room is well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleaning lady didn't get all the corners clean.

Me and my partner were thrilled. Super great rooms that are really clean and really comfortable beds, which is often not the case. The breakfast top. Staff always very friendly. All in all, really recommend further. We'll be back for sure.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Wels with underground parking. Wels the fair city of Austria. Very suitable for seminars. Extremely courteous service. If you love steaks, you can enjoy them right from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice for the Price but no Way 4 Stars Hotel Quality. Instead of Juice, there is Powder mix for Breakfast. The Restaurant also nice but not high Quality.

Nice hotel, very comfortable stay for 10 days, they provide an adapter to suit your cell/laptop charger. Clean rooms, good breakfast but a bit expensive for 12, amazing eating places at 5 min walking distance. In the month of May, they had a basket of apples at the desk so you could pick up one/ more as per your need. Walking distance to the train station with connectivity to major places like Linz, Salzburg and Vienna (and many more)

It was a great stay. There are a lot of bars and restaurants pretty close by, and the hotel itself was great too.

Very friendly, accommodating and flexible staff.
In the warmer season, some rooms unfortunately were quite stuffy warm and a fan was standing, at least not available to me on request during the last two visits.
Due to experience, I then took my own into the room.
However, that would also be the only thing that would be necessary for me to improve.

I was unfortunately very disappointed by the hygienic condition of the room the floor was littered with holes with a Brad and also very dirty. The Windows were greasy and just disgusting. The establishment is very run down so for the price I would have expected a lot more.

For a Best Western I was very positively surprised. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast as well as a sauna. And the location was great too. Walking distance to the pedestrian area.

The condition of the room was very bad (stench of cigarettes). Breakfast was poor. I don't recommend this hotel.

Pleasant atmosphere, combined with a very sumptuous Breakfast to make the day a very good start. Also the staff was mood very early hours of the morning very well.

I was there for the first time. Must say am more than satisfied. At all the staff at breakfast was a hammer. Also the reception staff were very nice.

The room was very nice and the staff nice too, however, it was very noisy in the room — you also heard all the surrounding hotel guests at night! So my night was not very relaxing. The staff can do nothing but next time I will book another accommodation. You might be able to divide the guests into rooms that are more apart in the case of non-full occupancy.

Clean Best Western hotel with large rooms. The breakfast is OK and it was taken into account of the gluten intolerance of my wife and we were inundated with gluten bread and luggage. We were very pleased and will book this hotel again for our next stay in Wels. It is only a few steps to the centre and therefore very central.

Very friendly staff, checked in early, free upgrade to. Woop! Large, clean rooms, good view of the Alps too. Impressed. Will stay again if I have the chance. :)

Stay very pleasant, at the reception was a very very nice gentleman and has mastered everything brvo, booking.

Rooms were very clean and also very large. The bathroom was a dream and the mattress like new:) But what had bothered me was that you were not served at the hotel bar and you were stupidly yelled at that you would not have time.

Restaurant though nice, but the price/performance ratio of the food rather poor.
In the restaurant as a group I was ignored 2 times (no drinking, no card received) although I was sitting next to the waiter.
To the rooms: First impression good However, the room was fogged with a cheap odor spray. When Diser stench had been laid after hours of airing, worse smell of cigarettes came out which did not improve even by airing.
The next day my request was sent to the front desk to inform the nöchste of the time when a smoking room is already being awarded, and an apology was not given to the good lord.
Conclusion: Never again!

It's all over! This is our 4 Best Western hotel and with one of the best… Holland is unbeaten so far, very happy to come back. To highlight is the mega nice staff if we could we would give 10 stars. Greetings from the Lüneburg.

The worst customer service ever! Ha My mom went to wels and I called 3 months in advance to assure my card is attached to the room, I called their headquarters in Arizona and they said everything is fine! When it was time to pay They said that my card is not working WHICH IS NOT THE CASE! Their system is not working. I try a different card SAME THING. So the person who worked That morning haned it HORRIBLY! Worst experience ever!

Breakfast €12 per person per night is offering impertinence and coffee is the worst, aaaaber absolutely the chef understands your business and has the beeeesten fried Bacon and always (! ) soft eggs! This is the best performance and must be mentioned! Thanks to the kitchen
The rooms are they clean, but some style and the mattresses are very comfortable to sleep; small shortcoming — the TV are too small, but well. I don't want a Yes :-)
Summary: I regret not to have booked, but I would the next time up to € 75, — including breakfast pay! Recommended with 6 out of 10 points
Lots of fun.

For a 4 star hotel bad:
-The breakfast was cleared it 10 minutes before 10 of the Cook and was pretty empty even at 9:15. The buffet was also generally not so well equipped.
-In the rooms had been made generally bad clean (thick dust on the windowsill in the breakfast room and cobwebs in room)
-The service was almost nonexistent. You had to call ever a minute "Hello? " at the reception to time someone came.

Total. 3 Google star hotel.
