I will make sure to make my Feedback as detailed and constructive as possible so it can help someone in the future and best case the Hotel takes it also to see what they possibly can apply to improve.
Pro‘s:
— Really nice room — Nespresso Machine, nice interior, clean, comfortable beds 👍🏻👍🏻
— Spa Area really nice — has refreshments in the Pool Area & Massage Area like water and bananachips.
— Restaurant that belongs to the Hotel has really good food 10/10 … You can tell they have a great chef who knows how to cook.
Really delicious.
Contra.
— I was not happy with the service.
Hospitality and Generosity is NOT what I experienced.
Why?
1. We had technical problems with the Phryl Card that you are supposed to get beforehand to not pay the 14 Euros to access the route that leads to the Hotel.
On the website it says you can drive up there and you will get reimbursed from the hotel.
Once arrival the comment was, that this is only in winter that you get reimbursed.
Absolutely a minus point to not reassure us here and support.
2. Once we arrived I asked for the options for an upgrade as we had the lowest room category.
The reply was : „ Oh well the jump from your category to a higher one is quite high but if you want to I can check IF we have any availabilities“
Really? How high the jump is, is my worry and not her worry. Felt not taken serious and to be honest found that comment a bit disrespectful.
3. On day 3 I wanted to access the gym at 6:30 am, which didn’t work.

Very good accommodation conditions, all the staff were friendly without exception.
The breakfast didn't have much variety but it was enough for a family with children.
Very good location to the ski area. Very good spa for relaxation.
We will be back next year.

The chalets are cozy and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. The restaurant could work on their service a bit, but overall the food was great and the atmosphere was nice 😊

Great combination of pure, wild yet mild nature and pure enjoyment of adequate facilities. Highlight is also an inddor-outdoor pool so you can swim outside and back. Both parts of the pool are sufficiently large for the size of the hotel. Pool is new, modern, with cozy on-button-push water massage points at several locations around the pool, inside and outside. The sauna is very good, with all three usual options (lowest temperature-hughest moisture, medium temp-medium humidity (called bio sauna here) and the driest-warmest finnish sauna. There is ice to use after sauna and other appropriate cozy facilities. There is also fitness area and daily yoga. Payed massages are also available. Area is full of hiking opportunities of all intensity levels and in winter it is obviously in the middle of a ski arena with a lot of ski lifts around.
To come here by car you need a pass for last leg of the road, you get it for free for the time of your stay. We were warned to bring tire chains (apparently you can even rent one in the valley), however road was clear.
Few days before arrival we got emails with substantial and elaborate information regarding weather, and card for the road (qr code). We learned that this card (pyrn-priel active card) is providing us not only with free ride up to the mountain where hotel is (1400 m a. S. ) but also several other amenities, free or discounted entrances to facilities in the area.

We had a four night stay at Triforet in September. Whilst our chalet had good amenities and was well furnished our overall enjoyment was spoilt by the number of children at this hotel. The staff were great but this is not a hotel for couples or indeed for a relaxing holiday. The restaurant serves good food but it is not a relaxing experience. We were surrounded by screaming babies, prams and dogs. They even allowed dogs on the chairs. Staff advised us that they had received many similar complaints. The restaurant could easily be split for families and a separate area for couples to avoid future issues. We were also woken each morning at 5am by vehicles by the side of our chalet. If you are looking for peace and quiet you should avoid this hotel. On checkout we asked for our concerns to be raised as a complaint. No response from the hotel.

Recently stayed at Triforêt and while the hotel's facilities were clean and pleasant, our overall experience was soured by the behavior of the housekeeping staff. We had a few simple requests that we politely asked the housekeeping department to fulfill, but unfortunately, we were met with disrespect.
The manager and an assistant showed up to our room, speaking in their native language in front of us, which we found to be very offensive. We had asked for some basic amenities, but they denied our requests with an attitude that was unprofessional and unwelcoming. In fact, when they left our room, they were laughing together, which was quite telling.
As paying guests, we expect a certain level of service and respect. Unfortunately, Triforêt failed to deliver on this front. Despite the hotel's nice amenities and good food at the restaurant.
In my opinion, it's a shame that a nice hotel like Triforêt would employ staff who can't provide a positive experience for their guests. We would not recommend staying here unless you're prepared for potentially run-ins with unprofessional staff.

Expectations were very high when seeing the website and communication visuals of this new hotel. Unfortunately, the overall stay didn’t match expectations and turns out to be a bit disappointing as a lot of improvements have to be made to reach a luxury service:
— Breakfast was very very basic in terms of food + equipment (no toaster) as it is a basic set up in the restaurant but not luxury.
— There is no snacks included like seasonal fruits bowl neither salad buffet for lunch break you have to get it extra either at the restaurant either at a Hütte from the ski station.
— Spa area very nice interior design and enough resting rooms to have your own space when it is crowded. However to keep in mind that it is overall very small (which also has its own charm, depending on what you expect).
— Fitness room very small with a all in one machine, it covers all the basic equipment and a few mats but nothing special.
— If you come with an electric car, charging is not included from the hotel and there are only 2 plugs.

Hi everyone, our stay at Triforet resort was so lovely, we enjoyed beautiful scenery, panoramatic view and snowy weather just like cherry on top. We needed help with heating in our room and haus technik Peter came to repair it immediately. He was so kind that he cleared our windows out of snow and also carry our luggage to the car because we have two small kids so it was very helpful. Triforet hotel, you all do an amazing job and employing great staff, I recommend this hotel it was 10/10.

One of the Best resort I ever stayed in, great facility panoramic swimming pool, near to ski route and multi slopes are there, thanks Ms. Elizabeth you are such amazing staff there and very kind. You must try there ski shoes and doing walking in the hiking area.
