Haus Edlinger

Although the landlady is charming and a good and very nice woman, the apartment is not of a good standard for a long stay.
In addition, the apartment is located above the woman's house — which creates discomfort and lack of privacy and this is not indicated on the website. This is not a separate unit but part of a house where you live.
The apartment is not well maintained — there are cobwebs in the bathroom, the noise from the fan in the bathroom and toilet is very loud and disturbing.
For the five days we were there, we only received one body towel and one toilet paper. It was unpleasant to ask, but in the end there was no choice but to send a message and ask for something very basic and obvious when guests are staying at least a week in the place.
The refrigerator only cooled intermittently so that all the food we bought went bad and was destroyed and we could not eat anything.
In addition, there wasn't even salt and pepper in the kitchen or coffee or tea — something that even the most remote and cheap places have in apartments in third world countries (and we travel a lot! ) Lots of dishes and glasses were dirty and dusty so that we had to wash all the dishes at first and work instead of just resting.
The living room looks very musty and old and in general it seems that they don't want to invest at all in the apartment and are still hosting guests there.

Very kind and helpful staff, we asked to change the reservation, which did not cause any problems. Comfortable room with a beautiful view from the balcony, very quiet area on the edge of the forest. Perfect for relaxing, we will definitely be back.

Staying at Haus Edlinger was 100% satisfactory for me and my family. We really felt at home. The apartment is cosy, well equipped, homely, has a beautiful view to the mountains in a lovely valley. The hosts were very friendly and kind, proactively asked if we needed anything, helped with all our problems, even with starting our car on the last morning as its batteries did not like the cold :-) We could place our skis in a room in the garage level, and the ski slopes were just 5 minutes drive away. The town is lovely and has enough shops, we could get everything we needed. I would definitely like to come back here to ski on the excellent slopes and also one summer to see the beauty of this place when it is green too.
