When it arrived, the apartment was freezing cold and the light was not working. It took a day before the apartment was a bit warm. The heating is very weak, to sleep we covered ourselves with all what was there. We just got all the existing duvets out of the closet. Then it went. We had booked the apartment for 10 people. We were three, that was okay. If you really want to stay at 10, it gets tight. The 2 bedrooms that are available are equipped with wardrobe beds. So that you get to 10 sleeping places. There is no comfortable seating. There is a table with wooden bench. The okay to eat, however, is otherwise quite uncomfortable and not invite to linger. Not at all to relax. The bathroom is made new but it already forms black mold on the shower and at the window. The apartment is located far outside Linz near a highway and is located in the in-flight area of the airport. For what the apartment offers and the location far outside Linz with the noise disturbance is definitely overpriced. We will never stay there. Linz is very beautiful and definitely worth a trip.
When we come the apartment was ice cold and dark. The light was broken. It takes one day till it was a little warm. The heater are very poor. We have the apartment for 10 person. It is very small for 10. But we was 3 so it was okay. The living area is not comfortable. No possible relaxing. Only hard wood chairs. The bath is new but not in good conditions.
