The hotel is ok, it was a last minute decision because we were in need of a place to sleep in Linz. I think the price does not justify the conditions, because it looks old and not very neat, but again, for a night sleep it is ok.

Click-through hotel, recommended for short-term stay, but for longer stays I would opt for under 10. — more for another (better) hotel. Room expedient and not really large.
3. * because of the location, tram is in the immediate vicinity and you can easily get to the city center.

Room is kept simple and simple so for one night business is enough but longer is not enough. Bath was quite unhygienic and constant noise through main road besides and tram also there.

Price is OK. Rooms are in need of renovation. My room was very dark wallpapered, was a feeling, like in a tomb. A lot of little flaws … For 2 nights OK, for longer it would be unsustainable for me. Breakfast is plentiful, is constantly followed. Staff are very friendly. Especially the "breakfast lady" is very hard and constantly on the road!

Perfect for an overnight stay. Easily accessible by car. The city center is just a couple of tram stops away.

Good value for the price, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is good.

The price is fine, but the room unfortunately is not. There are spots on the wall, the joints are insanely dirty and the wallpaper is coming down.
The staff are very friendly and anxious. The breakfast room very neat and a sufficient choice.

Good hotel. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, clean and spacious. Maybe a little just the breakfast but good.

Affordable price, large rooms. Bit far from the centre, missing the bathtub.

Simple and OK for the price, however, the ground-level rooms are on the street, which is busy, noisy. Guests of the hotel are partly in front of the window and entertain themselves. The weather LAN sometimes fell out of my mind and had no top performance.

The hotel is modernly equipped, but there are some shortcomings in the building. Broken flow and Co. Hygienic fit everything. All in terms it is certainly appropriate for the price.

The room was big and clean but very cold, we asked to increase the heat in the room or change our room but the owner was very rude and refused to do any changes. Bathroom was small and poor illuminated and not very clean. I don't recommend the hotel, especially when is cold out of.

Everything was clean and looks like it was just renovated as everything looks new, including the bathroom. However, there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom, like molds or like smell from sewer or so.

Nice location, clean and large room; breakfast review tomorrow.

Good food & accommodation.

The winter garden is pig cold in the winter, because it's blowing through the old design as if it were non-existent. But everything else fits.

A clean hotel at a reduced price. Recommended if you do not want to spend too much but you want a clean place.
