A little bit "cold" but a nice hotel after all, a small swimming pool that cooled us after a really long and hot day.

It's our starting point for the bike ride. It's a suburban barracks in perfect Ibis style. The room is clean and quite spacious. Breakfast buffet with a good choice. We arrived in the evening and would have liked to dine at the hotel, but the restaurant was closed and we had to go downtown but allowed us to visit Linz.
They have ample parking and allowed us to leave the car for free until the ns. Bike ride.
Good.

You don't walk to the city from here, it's a modern-style hotel, clean rooms and great breakfast. I prefer hotels closer to the city and a bit more typical. I found this a little impersonal. Suitable for business trips rather than for tourism.

If you like to have a bad night, stay in this hotel, a lot noice, traffic all the night…

Friendly staff at the bar and reception and room service team. Clean hotel. If your room is facing the main road/ car park, you can hear a little noice. Outdoor swimming pool is perfect for the summer. You can also eat outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is basic but they have a pancakes machine. Scrambled eggs and Bacon are also on the buffet. There is a limited but tasty menu for lunch and dinner. The tram is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and just 5 stops away from the beautiful city centre. The bed was comfortable but squeaked when sitting down. No fridge on the room but there is a communal kitchen for all guests to use. No kettle in the room but there is complimentary tea and coffee at the reception.

A great inexpensive hotel on the edge of town. It is convenient to leave the city.

Great hotel for a city trip … The staff friendly … The pool cleaned, the rooms clean … Super happy again. And the child-friendliness is really not just written.

Beautiful Hotel from the inside, outside stop yourself a little older in the inside stop even more. Nice Service. And good Price as you just know it from Ibis.

Stayed quite a few times over the years, good value if you're with family as parking is free. They have taken away free tea and coffee with none in the room, will try one more time, accor always clean so no worries there. I would class this as average.

The price is good. Free parking place. Seevice is not the best. They have very few staff.

Basic hotel with mediocre breakfast. I feel it was a bit overpriced for Linz, and it's location on the outskirts. They advertise a "heated pool" but it's outdoors and closed in the winter.

Hotel located on the outskirts of town. The surrounding area does not offer much for walks, however at 500m there is the tram line that takes you to the centre. Most of the staff is OK, there is only one receptionist who did a trick with checking out forcing to pay one more night!

Room clean but no soul and it's been enough plastic… the breakfast is not hurt badly however I do not recommend eating on the spot… the burger is really not good. Steak has soy. Not very user-friendly. Good for one night but not more.

Pleasantly friendly atmosphere with tasteful time-appropriate ambiance. Ample parking space. Very good Öffi connection. In warm season appealing large terrace in the green with beautiful old trees. Outdoor pool and very well maintained tennis courts.

Great hotel with pleasant atmosphere in the bar. Rooms are large enough to be able to work too. It is about 3-4 minutes walk from the tram station.

Good hotel with passable prices. Breakfast is plentiful and good selection of buns, sausage, jam and much more. The rooms are clean so far, even if some things are already in use for a bit longer and the optics are slightly cloudy. All in all but good.

We (2 adults & 2 small children) found us in transit through Linz and stayed in the hotel. I have to say for 98 euro we got a mini room with a filthy and totally down bath. Such a thing must not be, nor was it to be overlooked.
The only thing good was: + Free parking.
+ Breakfast We will avoid this hotel in the future.

Nice room, good breakfast. Jausenbox for the kids checking out was a super love gesture.

The building has come a little over the years.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
There's a lot of love inside the food.
Particularly noteworthy is the coffee machine — I don't know a better coffee machine in Linz!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. But the drinks are a little "saved" with every order, as well as on the food. Breakfast is okay. Who wants to stay without dinner and drinks, then recommend.

I really wanted give 5 star only because the brekfast.

We were very positively surprised. Hotel rooms clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. Especially very child-friendly hotel — therefore for us TOP.

Nice Hotel with a Pool, and a Sauna. Sun terrace and a Bar. The bathrooms are a bit small. And our room was with a bath tub. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, but a fan of very loud the whole night was. Rich Breakfast with coffee in different variants. S-Bahn is situated approximately 500 metres away. You need to in order to the center in 20 minutes.

Funky looking hotel, value for money. Very clean. Not a lot of Noise and easy to access with the tram. Good breakfast, restaurant and bar was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was very hot when we were there, no aircon, but a fan helped a lot.

Welcoming, well organized in the reception of numerous groups.

Good breakfast, room and shower. Don, t go on a weekend, they don, t serve meals. Don, t know how the aircon works but had to keep the window open. The snacks were limited but overpriced pizza that we could not eat. Staff however were excellent. This could be an excellent stopover pity the owners don, t recognise the potential.

Alright value. Unfortunately, the room is a bit loud due to the street next to the hotel. There is also no proper air conditioning, so the rooms are hot, which forced us to open the window even though it tells you not to. Breakfast is good, and included in the price, which is better than most other hotels in Linz.

Hotel quite nice. Very comfortable and you can reach the center of the work with the tram. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast is plentiful but some of the things I find a bit poor. It is the typical hotel to stay for one night, maximum two.

I only stayed for one night at this hotel, and would not like to have stayed longer. The room had some damage to it and felt very worn out. The breakfast was ok, but not fantastic. All the staff I spoke to were very polite though.

The hotel is located a little off the center of the city but well-connected with tram and bus stops. The staff is friendly and the Wi-Fi stable. The general style of interior is modern and the space is clean. There are no complimentary drinks in the rooms and no on-suite minibar, but drinks and snacks can be bought in the lobby for moderate prices. Wi-Fi and breakfast are complimentary. The breakfast is not very rich in options but suitable for a good start of the day.

We arrived booking by phone 30 minutes before. Excellent reception. Nice staff Clean and pleasant rooms. Good for families with children. Parking is available for cars and bicycles. Good quality breakfast Great for leisure or work logistically well located!

Room's clean and ok for a three star hotel, the staff is friendly. The restaurant I'll avoid in future, as I had worst meal since years. The starter, a soup was ok. The main meal, a steak with vegetables — overcooked, the poor cow was killed a second time in the pan (the quality of meat was quite bad; additionally 'blue' should touch the pan, but not cooked until even my shoe sole's soft in comparison). Personally I'd come to the hotel, but avoid the restaurant.

Perfect! So super friendly! All years back to the Linz Marathon! I will come again and again.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, good breakfast. A star deduction for the tub shower. Which is not so comfortable to use for long people. Good public transport links and is located in the near of the tram station (1, — €).

Nice hotel and good for a night-transfer.
