➜ We have booked an apartment for one night. About a week before the parent night was told by telephone that staying in this apartment would not be possible, since renovation work not in a timely manner could be completed in the bathroom.
It was offered a double us as alternative, which but not here for us — we wanted an apartment, Yes. Thus, we cancelled our booking — I'm why offered the apartment at all, if it was still not sure whether it ready will also question times. Mrs. Bayer told me that the already paid deposit immediately back will be transferred.
So far, the deposit was not returned despite repeated requests. This procedure is not correct. It was hard enough to find a suitable substitute accommodation at such short notice. But that the down payment just will be withheld, is an absolute gall…
