Good afternoon everyone. We are a family — a child of 11 years and two adults. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The feeling that the landlady saves on everything, and employees are intimidated. Any question or request seems to frighten them. Unclear. In the bathroom a bottle of cheap soap. Pillows are liquid. As bud, then they are not. Cleanliness — yes. The hotel is clean. But … mean. At breakfast there is no grime. There are no croissants or sweet pastries either. Some bread and bread. I managed to get out a scrambling (but it was said that the question should be agreed with the landlady). I asked for two servings, but brought in a single plate with two forks (I did not see such a dish even in North Korea). They brought a half-baked inside and slightly burned out mixture. The garden with the terrace is not well maintained. It seems that only money is important. The rest — tourists tolerate. All the same will not disappear anywhere — the water park nearby. Noisy train, as well as cars and motorcycles do not help fall asleep.

A very nice Hotel in the heart of bad schallerbach, only 5 minutes max away from Paradiso/Aquapulco. The Staff is very nice and helpful, you can feel that its a family business. Very heartful and friendly. The rooms are, in my opinion, way above other 3 star Hotels. Very neat and good looking. The kitchen is amazing, for me its the biggest plus of them all. This is waaaay above 3 stars, every meal I had was on point and made me want more. I really cant say anything negative about this Hotel, you get what you expect and even more! I read some negative reviews and cant understand how people come to this point… this is a 3 star Hotel, dont forget that. It seems like people expect everything for nothing… Love this place, will be coming back for sure.
