Although we did not have a receiptionist to service us, we reached our rooms smoothly. Rooms were clean and just right with an amazing view! Highly recommended!

Eating is very bad if you have a certain standard, the place is quite bleak and you can't do much except skiing and walking.

The rooms are really small! We sleep four and the room is smaller than mine at home!

The hotel is located about 400 meters from the ubertraun train station, located on the banks of the traun river, giving fantastic views in the rooms that stick with this river and in the common area or living room you can also appreciate others having a patio where you can touch the water as it is part of the hotel grounds. In my particular stay I cut off the light at night there was no one to fix the problem since after 6 PM there are no employees and being only the ones staying at it. After that great attention, the breakfast is not the best but comes included with a low cost of the hotel. I recommend it.

Wifi can not reach my room, while my room isnt too far from the entrance. Nice and clear room, friendly staff, free parking on the street.

Although it was a hostel me and my friends from the Maldives stayed here for one night as we didnt get a hotel in Hallstatt. The place although very basic was very clean and comfortable. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly. We had to check-in within a given time period. But there were no complications although we checked-into the hotel much later. The receptionist waited for us and even drove us to a restaurant for dinner as there were not many eating places nearby. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you very much for the lovely time at your hostel.

Clean and tidy place but 5 stars is definitely for staff. Receptionists were really helpful professional and friendly (so big different after not nice welcome in camping in Hallstatt) some people should learn from them how to speak with clients. Definitely will back to them again with family.

This is a lovely place with good service and wonderful surroundings. There is a bus stop across from Jutel, so it is convenient wherever we want to go. Taking a stroll along the river is also a good choice. Anyway, this place impressed me a lot.
