This is a great place to stay in Graz even though it is quite far from the city centre (the bus station is 10 mins walk and then 15 mins with the bus). It is situated in such a quiet and nice area that it feels like you are at the countryside. The room is actually so big and spacious, you have everything you need there and the price is also very good compared to other apartments.
When it comes to the host, she helped use any time we needed.
The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed, the hosts live downstairs so are always accessible to any issue.
There is plenty of free Parking on the street nearby if you have a car, and the host also marks which are free for parking.

It was a modern and clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom and a sitting room. The owner of the rooms is very friendly and helpful. The building is located not far from the city centre in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. I definitely recommend it!
