It offers more than the necesarry things that are expected from a hotel.

Very nice staff, nice rooms, good food, sauna in the basement and close enough to the lake to jump in after the sauna.

Good location, clean rooms, relatively rich breakfasts.

Amazing place with beutiful views and an amazing lake.

One of the staff members at this hostel went to great lengths to get a scarf that I had left after our stay back from a group that had taken it with them by accident. The group were nice enough to send back to to the hostel and then the hostel posted it straight back to me. Really excellent service which added to the fact that it was a great place to stay and in a fantastic location.

It was a nice place. Absolutely beautiful view. Right in front of the lake. Rooms were nice. Enough outlets, beds were comfy enough. Recommend it!

Clean, you can get your own room and the food is good. Also, they have an on-your-honor wine and beer Stube!

Nothing to say of really negative. It's all so beautiful. From the rooms to the view, to the friendliness of the people. One tip, you improve your breakfast.

Cheap way to stay in St. Gilgen. With its own beach at the Wolfgangsee — what more could you want.

Very nice youth-and family hostel almost directly on the lake (other side of the street) with beach near the town centre; The staff was very friendly and helpful. Miniature golf course diagonally opposite; Good for children-/Jugendgruppen suitable; Decent food, … ; o)

As was often with a group, due to the convenient premises. Very nice party room, satisfactory rooms, good food. And of course, super — the lake right in front of the door!

The two Herbergsleiter always have an open ear for their guests! The food is delicious and the rooms are very nice. It is recommended hostel in the summer (beach next door) as well as in Winter (romantic advent market). Everything is super!

Really nice people, great rooms, great food, the lake directly in front of the door and the price is also nothing to complain about. Am overall very satisfied.
