Easy to reach location from the train station Good for short stay Onsite parking available as well (might need to arrange before hand) Rooms were clean and spacious Good insulation on the building was quiet and warm Friendly and helpful hosts Wifi available in reception lounge only, please be mindful Overall we had a pleasant stopover in Salzburg.

Decentralized location 15 min from the old town. It is no longer possible to have breakfast in the hotel and in the rooms there is no wi fi. Non-bookable and small parking (at max 3 cars). Shower with broken showerhead. The 3-star hotel price does not correspond to the hostel type structure. Discouraged.

Nice modern structure and quite central, rooms not very spacious but clean and beautiful hot, unfortunately there is no closet in a nightstand, so you have to keep everything in the suitcases, do not speak Italian. Internal parking to pay apart.

Very nice reception nests, very clean and quiet. Very fast in the centre.

Beware youth hostels!
The hotel mode is a real flop. The difference between the presentation on the website and the actual condition of the rooms is enormous. In the first allotted room, parts of the bed had broken off, the blinds were defective and the walls were battered. After complaints we were moved to a smaller room: Here again defective blinds, fruit remains under the bed and mold in the entrance area. No Wi-Fi in the rooms and loud it was too. The unfriendliness at the reception was free of charge — on arrival. After complaint, there was no discount or similar accommodation. The rest of the communication then through the lawyer.
This hotel has long had its best times. The positive reviews are misleading and, in my view, incomprehensible. Don't book! K.

Dubious guest workers in almost all rooms, construction sites noise, only a single small towel and then also no WLAN in the rooms… Don't open the curtains — there's a view of the car plates in the parking lot. Next time not in this basement hole:-/

No Wi-Fi in rooms, no air conditioning or even a simple fan. Its basically sleeping in a suana. You have been warned.

Class. Beautiful Hotel with lovely decor, great shower. Sitting in front of the room in the yard. Park with thrill (a very narrow Parking place). Old town in 10min. To reach on foot.

The Hotel is super Central, 5 minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes to the city centre, for example, In the Getreidegasse. The Hotel is modern and the rooms are prepared with love. The rooms are very spacious and for a city trip completely sufficient. The Breakfast is offered with an individual and there are no wishes remain off. Unfortunately, there was in the room no Hairdryer as standard, however, this lent could be. Nice and even soap would be to of the room, which, however, can be in the supermarket around the corner bought. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned every day. Unfortunately, there are in the rooms, no Wi-Fi, this is only at the reception and public Seating areas of the hotel at the time. However, this was not a Problem for us as reception will be from 7 to 22.00 and you could sit down at any time for Surfing. For a city trip the Hotel is great!

There is no reception past 8 which is not what it says, we also had ants in our bathroom, there is only 1 hairdryer for the whole hotel and there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The rooms were very good though including the shower and there is a nice little cafe in the reception area.
