Every time we are happy to finally be able to check in again in this so stylish, well-kept and lovingly run hotel. Every detail in the house from the furnishings, the care products to the food & drinks is carefully thought out and quality at the highest level. A breakfast on the beautiful terrace in the beautifully landscaped garden is the best start to the day! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It makes you feel like you belong to the Auersberg family for a certain period of time.

This hotel offered an outstanding breakfast. The room, although small, was beautifully finished, light, quiet, designed for storage needs, and had several thoughtful amenities such as a CD player and classical cd’s. Transportation was not an issue and the hotel offered parking. We did not use the spa facilities.

Absolutely lovely hotel and villa. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was the ultimate in comfort with everything from heated towel racks to heated bathroom floors. Rooms complete with nespresso machine, CD player, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, flatscreen TV. The spa was HEAVEN! It was complimentary with the room. Sauna (hot, hot, hot! ), steam room, cold water showers, outdoor lounge space, in door lounge space with tea, spritzers, fresh fruit, nuts & raisins and of course robes, towels, slippers. Heaven, I tell you. It was extremely private and seemed like the hotel’s best kept secret as the two times we went, we had the entire space to ourselves for well over an hour each time. Will definitely stay here again and again!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to eat around the city. The breakfast buffet was high quality and the outdoor spaces were very relaxing. Highly recommend!

Very trendy hotel with the most amazing breakfast. HUGE spread of breads, meats, cheese, fruit and Juices. All ORGANIC, the honey is made in the back garden. The room and bed very comfortable. Excellent shower as well. Highly recommend this place.

A beautiful hotel in a nice, quiet area of the city. The lovely touches in rooms, such as blue ray player, nice toiletries and books were great. Staff were helpful and attentive. The breakfast was superb! The sun terrace is also a must-visit. We loved our stay!

Beautiful oasis in the center of Salzburg, with wonderful individual highquality furnitures and design! Professional services and polite, nice, kind people work for your happy and relaxed days and nights! Wonderful nightlights in the garden and looks like a hanging garden!

This is a charming hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, well placed for access to the centre of Salzburg (about 10 minutes walk), but in a quiet and pleasant area of the city. Rooms are to a high standard — judging by ours — and the food is good, and readily available. There is a large garden — complete with bee hives! — and a lot of other hospitality pleasures, such as loan toys for children, ditto DVD's, a daily ideas news sheet for visits, and in-house massage by appointment. All done with the quality touch. Look no further for a very enjoyable stay.

Great service. Very nice interior. Room equipment and amenities was nice. Spa and sauna were exquisit also equiped with small refreshments and drinks for free. Breakfast is delicious. All fresh and bio quality.

Very good check in; helpful staff gave us a local map and showed us a nice walking route. The room was clean, tidy and quiet with very good facilities. The breakfast room was spacious, lots of choice and really friendly staff. Location is great, a pleasant walk into the main part of town.

Lovely hotel. I only stayed here for one night but I would happily stay for longer! The service was friendly and professional at all times. The hotel was very comfortable, charming and elegant. The breakfast buffet was incredible. I would recommend anyone to come here for breakfast even if not staying at the hotel. I hope to stay here again soon!

The place has a really good quality of service and rooms. However, the place is packed and since the last two years the quality of service has diminished a bit.

Hello friends travelers, following TA we opted for this hotel and met us.
The exchange of e-mails was not always very fluid (several days waiting for the answer), it became only when contrary to the reservation of the suite, we were diverted (two days before arrival) on the superior room in the villa… On arrival, we left the car in their convenient parking lot and, during check in, they offered us a glass of wine; On arrival in the room we were positively impressed by its size and functionality, with a bathroom with heated floor and complimentary fruit.
The hotel is located 10 ' walk from the pedestrian area and in a quiet area; The hotel is equipped with a beautiful spa, with free access, with sauna and Turkish bath. I emphasize the breakfast, with every sweet and savory goodness; Very helpful the waiters and staff in general.
To improve the cleanliness, as in the bed there was a hair not ours and there was a bit of powder recommended, especially for the good value for money.

Had a really nice and romantic weekend with my husband. Breakfast was not available at the moment, because they were reforming the area, even though, we had every morning at our door a small bag with fruits, croissants and sandwiches (vegetarian options as well), coffee machine we had in the room. In the lobby there was a small fridge with milk, yogurts, juices to pick up anytime we want. The service was amazing. Definitely we will come back there. Very nice location, 10 minutes walk to the city center. Nice restaurants and bakeries around.

Hotel & Villa Auersperg, very modern, clean nice rooms. We had the small double room in the villa — very pleasant, homelike, everything you need is available. Large bathroom with shower and toilet. Just a few meters and you're in the main house. There is an absolute top breakfast! Highly recommended. From here you can walk in about 5 minutes in the old town.
We are here for the second time and certainly not for the last time!

Great value for money. Rooms are not so big but very comfortable, with modern appeal in a historical building. Breakfast was good but could offer some more variety. Free parking. Overall location is great — 5 to 10 minutes to the old town — so I’d definitely recommend.

Very nice place, close to the center of the city, the installation are modern and clean. Good breakfast and the stuff are very educate and ready to help you. For sure in the next in the city I will stay in the hotel.

A quaint hotel on a quiet street that’s very convenient. Easy access to nearby restaurants & cafe as well as the Old Town and attractions. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety of organic food variety. Owners pay good attention to details which is evident in the way the room is organized. Only downside is the limited food choices offered by the bar/cafe in the evening for people lazy to go out at night.

When I first walked into this hotel, I thought it was beautiful and the front desk staff was so nice. They showed me to my room, which was also beautiful. I was thinking that I wanted to give this hotel five stars. Then everything went downhill. In my first room, the cleaning people had left the window wide open, with no screens. As common sense would dictate, there was a very large insect sitting right next to the window. Now let me note that I purposely don't go to Third World countries because I hate bugs. When I come to a beautiful and clean country like Austria, I expect it not to be a problem. I grabbed a hanger and I shoved the bug out of the window, and assumed that it was just bad luck. However, I left and came back that night, and there was another gigantic bug sitting on the wall. I tried to smash it, but it got away. Then I noticed two or three other insects flying around. I also noticed 3 other bugs smashed onto the walls by previous guests. I called the front desk and the guy was really nice and offered to switch my room. By now it was 11 PM, and I was exhausted. I told him I would be fine with any room without bugs, even if it was a downgrade. I moved all my stuff over to a second room and within two seconds noticed a gigantic fly sitting on the wall. I might've been able to live with that, but then I went to the bathroom and there was a gigantic spider in the bathtub. At this point, the front desk guy informed me there is only one other room left.

The property simply radiates with a distinct atmosphere that made us wanting not to leave anymore. It was so hard to tell which the most admirable feature was – may it be the beautiful garden, the modern yet timeless room, delicious organic breakfast, one of a kind facilities or the warm hospitality of the staff. If not only for its prime location, we may have chosen to spend our entire day here! The hotel and villa is a great representation of the beautiful city. As soon as we entered the eclectic chic lobby we are instantly astonished by the charming antiques, walnut cabinets, lovely wall decorations, comfortable leather sofas and paintings belonging to the family. Every corner of the hotel and villa looks certainly appealing. Entered our room a double room villa where a spacious bright room welcomed us. The hard wood flooring, soft furnishings and neutral colors wall, white linens and absence of frames depict a refined elegance. It’s not only perfect for couples like us but for families too! In such a lovely atmosphere not only leisure travelers but even those who are on a business trip will surely find it relaxing. We loved that there are facilities like a rooftop spa, a beautiful garden, organic breakfast, and many more! The Hotel and Villa Auersperg is truly a gem in the middle of Salzburg.

In the Centre of Salzburg is the Auersperg — a great starting point to explore the city of Mozart. On foot to reach the sights, such as the famous Getreidegasse and the Mirabell Garden, quickly and from the roof terrace one has a great view on the Kapuzinerberg. Also, the SPA hotel is housed on the top floor. Here, as well as in the beautiful shady garden, you can escape awarded the hustle and bustle of the city. Hotel Scout Isabella was on the road for the first time with his young daughter Hanna. It showed that it is possible in the hotel Auersperg to combine the city trip with the needs of a baby.
