The room itself was really nice and big. But the cleaning staff is an absolute NO GO. It only the Bed was made and towels changed, and otherwise, nothing was done. In the bathroom are extremely a lot of hair on the floor from a blow on the eve and on the Kitchen counter were still were still the crumbs. As we arrived in the afternoon home, the carpet was dirty in the corridor is also complete and we had the last room so there can be no new Dirt been. You pay not just a little because you can expect a little more cleanliness. On the small cot as discussed previously forgotten but could at least be done was succeeded, unfortunately.

Nice sized rooms that are modern and clean. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning which is tough on hot summer days. Public transportation isn’t well linked to the hotel so make sure to have a car. Parking is free though which is a bonus. Well recommended for an affordable stay.

It's cozy and quiet place but it doesn't have air conditioner and far from public transportation 10~15minutes. Otherwise it is really clean and have a lot of friendly staffs.

Right in front of Salzag river but so far from the main area, which I didn’t like so much is I had to walk a lot to get any bus, well Big rooms, Basic breakfast buffet.

Nice breakfast. The extra bed for the kid was too small and too old. The room was spacious. The kitchen mere decoration. A microwave, a water boiler and two cups. Nice bath, modern.

The room has microwave and fridge, good size room. Good breakfast option and many parking spaces. Recommended if you are driving to Salzburg.

Price — performance are top here! Staff is super friendly, room large enough and clean. The city centre is within 30 minutes walking distance. Very quiet location. The Eco-suite hotel is definitely the next time you visit Salzburg.

Apart from the clearly too small breakfast room, this hotel is absolutely recommended. The city centre is within walking distance good and pleasant to reach, the hygiene of the hotel as well as the cleaning staff are impeccable and very polite. Good value for money and the room was very clean.

Spacious, clean room. Good location on the outskirts of the city. No restaurant, no grocery stores nearby, although fridge and microwave oven in the room. Breakfast rather modest.

Room for 4 people very spacious, equipped with sink and microwave, very clean and modern. It is not exactly in the centre but having the machine it was really convenient to get to; parking is provided. Highly recommended!

I had called extra in advance & inquired if dogs are allowed. According to the hotel, then "welcome. " The stay, though, was far from dog friendly. In front of the breakfast room (which really wasn't full) we got an extremely unfriendly "dogs out! " & no further explanation as to why the dog should not simply lie under the table.?! A different tone towards the guest would surely have been dissuaded! The 12€/night for a dog is of course often charged. It's a shame, because otherwise the hotel is great but such garstic staff can't be done at all! That was certainly the last visit here!

Worste experience ever! first they charged us twice (yes we got refund). Couldnt make in time for the breakfast (that was include in the price). Trying to explain to the lady at the front desk that we had a problem with the baby, if we could get something to eat or perhaps something from the lunch buffet that was going to start. But nope… we would have to pay full price for that!. Forget to do the laundry if u need… despite they tell u that the laundry area is open 24hrs… the place get locked out around 11… making it impossible for someone like us with 1 electronic key (from the very expensive eco suites situated in the other block) to get into the main lounge, coz they lock the corridor communicant with the main building and u need a proper key to get into the front door! Not to mention that the machine downstair only takes 20 euro cents coins. And there s no automatic changer… reception close at 9pm. Despite the signage clearly states how much u should put in for a wash… 1 of the machine decide to take more than double of the amount required to start… nonexistent customer service whatsoever from the reception staff… all they could say was sorry sorry sorry… so we lost several euros for the laundry and over 4 hrs time to get some clothes washed and dried. And our patience! Only positive note is that the room was nice and clean… even if having the little bar fridge working would have been nice considering the price they sell for!

Great stay in spacious and comfortable family room. Something away from the center, although it is a good option if you travel by car. Breakfast very crowded and basic, but acceptable. Payment is due on arrival at the hotel, as the reception is not open 24 h. Easy check-in through atm of the input. Free Parking.

Wonderful facility, very peaceful place, 35 min walk to the residenz platz. Parking free of cost, supermarket 400m. Highly recommended, you wont get disappointed.

The room, location, breakfast, customer service is really good and nice. Is a comfortable hotel near of the train station and to the river (the walking by the river is really beautiful). But is missing of signs regarding the laundry service and the operating service time of it. Also the laundry machines are kind of old, the dry is taking more than 30 minutes to dry the clothes. The Wi-Fi is not that good after 9pm and is some difficult to have a good mobile signal.

A vending machine hotel that ran smoothly — — we didn't interact with staff until breakfast. The only hiccup was trying to figure out where to turn in the key cards.

New and modern Hotel. Room comfortable and bathroom nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and quite rich and varied. Check-in is automatic (there is personal, if not during the breakfast) but the procedure is very simple and immediate. The location is not convenient, to get to the center you have to walk for 20-30 min. And with small children but who no longer use the stroller is not easy. Also taking the bus the time is the same.

Very clean and tidy. Modern decor and good location. In the vicinity you can go Jogging along the Salzach river. Points are deducted for the awkward CheckInn System via a vending machine.

“Beautiful Rooms”

We have a night here during a weekend trip for one night and were very satisfied. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very good, even if the two halves are not connected to each other and very easy to drift apart. So not a real double bed. Great the large balcony was directly on the Salzach river. The ground high-Strength let in plenty of light, and at night the Windows can be darkened by blinds completely. Really great. Also the bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. We would stay here again at any time. The sole deficiency is the not so optimal situation. The Bus (6) holds in approx. 10 min walk into the old town is a good 30 min on the road (also on foot). But we knew that before and so no deduction.

Very clean, relatively affordable, polite staff.

The check in starts at 3pm and the staff is a bit inflexible if you arrive half an hour early, giving you a feeling that you are a nuisance if you arrive before the check in time. Apart from that, it's a great place to stay and so quiet! On that front they truly know what makes their customers happy! The doors and windows are so thick that they block out any noise from outside and grant you a heavenly sleep!

Recommended for self-driving travelers, simple cooking facilities in the room allows you to buy food in the supermarket heating, bathroom and toilet design allows the use of double travel more convenient. The entrance check-in system is simple and easy to use. The price is reasonable compared to other hotels in the city center.

Establishment of a modern, brand new and very clean. Comfortable Beds. Spacious room with a double bed, a sofa bed, a separate bathroom and toilet. Balcony with views of the river and city. Very quiet and somewhat remote location. Walk about 20min to the city centre. Bus stop is 5min away. Breakfast is for the price of 9.50€ is appropriate. We were very satisfied!

Very far from Train Station, away from city. Very inconvenient for families with children and elders. Room hot and stuffy, no air conditioning. Basically nothing around the hostel, only quiet streets. The curved sofa bed caused back pain. Avoid this cheap hostel, it'll ruin your holidays!

The automatic everything is not working if your system is not working. Machine check in did not work, phone customer service did not answer either. Receptionist at the hotel next door was able to help. Otherwise would have to look for another accommodation late at night. Not much fun for family with kids.
