Our team was in a mid eve festival in Kaprun and we are so happy that we met the owner of Hotel Zur Burg. All stuff are so nice and kind. Thank you for a good time.

With a view, cool hotel, in the rooms of linen and towels potrepaneye, breakfast is good, dinner is complex for 19 EUR "nothing"… The bar closes early, the saunas… "Not hot"…

Great experience. We were here 5 times and every time the service was perfect, from the room to the restaurant. We will come back for sure.

We were from 14 to 10 — 16th 10 in the hotel to the castle. The situation is good. Room was clean, bathroom very nice. Hotel amenities also good, nice small spa area with hot tub, indoor pool, steam room and two saunas.
The waiter at dinner was very friendly. Dinner was ok, but not 4 star level, salad buffet was ridiculous. The breakfast was very disappointing. When we got there on the first day, there was no one from the staff. We didn't know where we came from coffee. Upon request from the reception, it was then explained to us. At some point the breakfast waitress came, unfortunately she didn't manage to greet us or say anything else. Pastry wasn't fresh, presumably from the day before. Fried eggs and egg dishes looked like they were already lying for several hours. No salmon, just two different varieties of sausage and cheese. On the second day, the same thing. According to the homepage, Sunday there is always champagne breakfast. We didn't see any of that on Sunday, nor were we offered a sparkling wine. The breakfast waitress did not speak again. On departure, we informed the receptionist of our complaints. She has responded to it very competently, apologized and also immediately forwarded the complaint to the breakfast waitress.
For these reasons, we are unable to recommend the hotel.

I can only say that everything was perfect: the food, the atmosphere, the employees, the room, just everything. It is however true that not all the waiters were very fit with the foreign languages, but that was a minor issue. Clean and cozy, this was may first impression and it remained the same throughout my stay there. You have a very nice view to the mountains, and for those loving the hiking it is a perfect location. All in all, I would recommend it any time and to anyone.

We stayed in this hotel from 22/3-/27/3/14 The hotel is very clean and nice rooms. We had a lovely time and after or skitrip we went to the welness in the hotel and it was very relaxing. The breakfast was very good, a lot of choice even the dinner. The distance to the centre is 5 min by food. a tip for serving the dinner: don't bring the food to fast.

We had absolutely lovely staying at Hotel Zurburg, friendly staff, amazing kitchen and great spa&relaxing zone. We will deifnitely come back one day.

Awesome hotel! All new, cool and stylish. Spa is a separate cause for admiration. Highly recommend! ) ) ).
