Very nice staff and coffee. Stylish austrian products.
Very disappointed — wrote them to say we are being late (travelling from far) and no one replied. Then reached there at midnight, walked around the place to find some entrance, no clear boards how to access the hotel, lights were off, no one at sight. Finally asked at the gas station and unfortunately they don't have a dedicated person for guests, the poor person covering customers for fuel/shop also covering the registration of guests. Had to stay in a queue, he was not very familiar with the English language. This wasted at least half hour we could use for sleeping. Also have asked at booking no feather pillows, got them with feathers. Gave up sorting it out … I don't consider it called appropriate "hotel" when you don't have an open reception for your guests. Surely will not use it again!
