Well-kept rooms, well furnished, great breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Nice décor! Good buffet!

The room was half past 12 already ready, and it was also very spacious and there was a clothes rack. Desirable to have a kettle in the room would be (I would have logged in at the time of booking) and the way the room been darker. The curtain let in from the Parking lot, quite a lot of light. The bathroom was not very clean, but we found it great because it was big and the toilet separate. The food in the adjoining Restaurant was very good and the service was extremely friendly. They brought us hot water for the tea bottle. Unfortunately, the game room was not usable, because this point in time, just a dance class, and the room was used as a warehouse. For a short break completely okay.

Pleasant and convenient accommodation. Small smears, as only with good booking location also dinner is possible. The breakfast was very good. Staff in order.

Friendly room was not quite clean which also stayed 4 days like that.

Restaurant not open, breakfast kept simple, on request a fresh fried egg is roasted, leaks at the sink could not be fixed, at night quiet.

Nice rooms, and a big playroom for the kids just opposite the breakfast room, great idea!

We had a very relaxing Easter weekend at the hotel Derdak. All were very very nice and our son loved the game room! I'm sure we'll come back here. Thanks for everything!

Nice hotel with very good value for money. Everything is also available for the younger guests. Very nice staff.

For a 3 star hotel top! Rooms are a good size and are maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful and also special requests were addressed (so were we allowed to eg before dinner and got some small special requirements met)
Only drawback: the breakfast buffet! It's unfortunately a bit "boring" and the selection is weak.
The thermonhof derdak is however far more affordable than the hotel directly at the Spa. By car it only takes one minute but up to the Spa! We will be staying there again with security.

I can only recommend the Derdak for families with small children.

Now. A stay is large enough to be no longer guest.
Except the Unfriendliness of the staff, the impersonal and bleak ambience the Thermenhof has not much to offer. I read in a review of "Mediterranean style" — now — that was definitely not found. Breakfast is worth any criticism, the rooms were so far in order and clean, it was then already. There is no way to have a drink to get in the afternoon at the hotel, was not really acceptable in the traditional heat. It is referenced on a restaurant which is also not a highlight.
There are far better locations that are closer to the Spa, I've found the tour then. Suburb is one Yes always brighter ;-) My recommendation therefore again closer look, there are also others.

The room choice designed thanks to friendly personal advice by acting always obliging staff as child's play. Special requests will be prompt and as of course entered. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean, more than adapted to the chosen price category.
Not only in the rich breakfast always friendly and dedicated staff reads every wish of the lips one, also dinner at the connected restaurant designed as pure culinary delight and surprise with new freshly prepared delicacies every day. That one can taste. Again a great praise to the chef. The always-present, attentive but at the same time never intrusive operation completed their tasks quickly and perfectly even if something more is going on.
Parking no problem at the in-House lit car park, this an opportunity to play for our little ones, a climbing tower with a slide, connected rings and swing.
To fool around, also an indoor games room invites should the weather be not so great.
The ongoing renovation work on the façade disrupting operations in any way and are not even perceived by us.
All in all, a Spa visit offers accommodation in the thermal hotel is to recommend only from our point of view. A Bravo to all and keep it.
