Apart Laura offers excellent value for money a great price–quality balance. The apartment was comfortable and well maintained, making our stay very pleasant.

This was my second time staying at the apartment. I should have visited in 2025 but my father-in-law died. Everyone was extremely understanding and helpful and my booking was forward until 2026.

This is by far the most perfect place where I stayed in the Alps. Highly recommended, wonderful hosts and beautiful views.

It was far away from city center but plenty of Ski bus connections. Unfortunately not late in evening.
Sauna avalible but must be booked 0700. Better sauna at camping.
Breakfast will meet your needs.

From reservation through to departure: SUPERB service!
Everything is handled with great professionalism, yet always with genuine warmth. The welcome is in German or in perfect English.

We stayed there four days. We had apartment 01 there were two bedrooms one room with kitchen corner. The rooms were clean with enough space.

Very nice apartment with two bedrooms, living room and amazing view from the balcony. Clean, new furniture, great location, and very nice and helpful owner.
Including Otz summer card!

Great location for skiing at Solden. You live by the piste and you can get on/off ski directly from the location.
Great and spacious room.

Most of the pictures on the website show the Alps in the snow but they are equally as gorgeous without snow!
We stayed in room 2 with a huge balcony and panoramic views!

Top location! Extremely clean! Excellent service! Full equipment for feeling like a Home! Very kindly staff ;) Our ski vacation was great and full of smiles with this place!

Very spacious and modern apartments with skibus just behind the corner. Great access to both Sölden and Gurgl areas withing few minutes ride. Spacious sauna as a nice bonus after day of skiing.

Amazing high quality apartment. Great location only a few minutes walk from the lift and high street. Very friendly family owner.

We stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. Clean and well furnished accomodation.

Best value for money. Has everything you need and is in the best location.
Family Arnold is super friendly and made our stay just great! Looking forward to come back!

Amazing appartment! Everything is still very new, it is very clean, spacious and there is everything you need.
The view from the appartment over Sölden is super! The owners are very kind and helpfull.

We stayed at the Sonnalp studios. It was excellent. New. Clean. Very well equipped kitchen — we never ate out. — (close to the supermarket) A small table where we satcomfortably and ate.

We liked every single thing about this place!

Once again we had a fantastic week in the apartment Top 4. Well equipped, clean, cozy, close to the lift and the contact to Christina is uncomplicated and very hospitable.

Very nice and clean family hotel. Good contact with the owners. Appartements are comfortable and well equipped. Localization is the weakest point… lack spectacular views.

We stayed in the spacius appartements and it was very clean and you godt everything you needed in the kitchen. We could easy eat 13 people together. Skibus 5 minutes away by foot.
