They were all very friendly. The place is magnificent and the rooms overlook the wonderful Stubai valley.

Catastrophic customer service

Hotel booked 3 times the amount for the overnight stay. There was no response or response to emails or messages. I have cancelled the overnight stay, but I am still waiting for the money to this day.

Modern hotel, great view, cleanliness ok, good welcome and nice reception. It should be noted only that on booking indicate the presence of the elevator that is not there. However, this problem was solved as they provided us with two rooms that could be reached almost without having to climb stairs. By the way he had booked a quadruple and instead, very kindly, they offered us, at the same price, a double. We didn't enjoy breakfast, but it had to be excellent.

I'm staying at the Oberhofer with my partner and our little dog (dog friendly hotel! ). Modern hotel, spacious rooms, minimal décor, great sound insulation from the rooms next door. Spacious bathroom, nice shower. Our room has direct access to the garden, very convenient solution to go out with the dog. The space outside the room is arranged with a coffee table, two chairs and a lounger, to sunbathe or relax without straying. The view from the room is beautiful, you enjoy a panorama of alpine peaks. The staff are friendly and friendly, they speak German and English, some also speak Italian. There is a basement garage, for now free because the hotel is undergoing renovations. The pool/spa area is small but there is nothing missing, there are 2 saunas, a steam room, showers, a relaxation area. The pool is pleasant, though not huge, but it's fine to do two strokes. Rich buffet breakfast, both savoury and sweet. Good kitchen for dinner, but nothing to write home about. Negative notes: there are a few hangers in the bathroom and in the room, in the afternoon there are no clean towels in the spa, the coffee is far from Italian standards (as well as throughout Austria). All in all, the hotel is recommended, I would go back very willingly.

Very nice place. Quiet Area. Arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. The reception was very friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean, big and has a nice view. Breakfast was nice, the selection was OK, egg dishes are made fresh upon order. The service are always friendly. There is no ala carte, only set menue but can be ordered individually. We havent tried it though. Swimming pool is good and has a very nice view. There are 3 diff sauna and a lounge for relaxing. Will definitely go back here.

Awesome location in the Stubai valley. Beautiful views from the balcony and great pool and spa facilities. And last but not the least really spacious and well laid out room.

Nice place, but you need to let the reception know u are coming in advance, otherwise u ll might have to wait.

The spa and spa is not like in the pictures! Especially the outside area neglected or neglected. A construction site. Early in the morning we were awakened by the vocal Chinese tourists (about 55 people! ) and harnesses. The breakfast buffet at 7:30 o 'clock was very chaotic or gar no longer available as two large groups with a different buffet offer were still at the dinner. Starting the day with this noise and feeling is really not pleasant. However, the kitchen team with the two nice ladies reacted well and tried to provide the buffet again. The location itself is a great starting point for hiking and excursions in the region. Parking right in front of the house or in the underground car park.

How to love this hotel!
We are there every year. Whether for skiing in winter or with a motorbike from Berlin in summer! Our favorite is the Junior suite. All are so accommodating and friendly and try to make everything possible! Everything worked out with us!

Hotel was overbooked and we were sent to a subjectively lesser accommodation. Friendly staff though, tried to resolve the situation.

There is no kettle in the room, no fridge. The mattress has been incredibly uncomfortable. We had breakfast booked was already OK. Also after request on lactose-free cheese was brought extra for us the next day this. Staff all friendly and helpful. On the whole, I would therefore rate it with 3 stars.

Amazing room for an amazing price. We got a room for 4 for around 160 on Airbnb. There's a pool and a sauna room as well. The hotel is close to the ski area as well as the ski equipment store. Good overall accommodation for our stay in Innsbruck. Highly recommended.

For a weekend I was at the Hotel Oberhofer at the beginning of the month.
Despite the current renovation, it has a fantastic view of the Stubai Valley and offers everything your heart desires:
Great food, nice service, sauna and swimming area, as well as impeccable rooms and an extremely courteous hotel owner who is at your side day and night for all eventualities.
Whether he learned this courteous appearance from his friend Otto von Habsburg, who greets you in the entrance hall via portrait, remains an aristocratic secret of the family… ;)
After the reconstruction I will certainly come again to visit the new areas, which will then also improve the currently somewhat poor parking situation.

The dinner as well as the breakfast were excellent.
From the beginning to the end we were treated warmly and courteously by the Oberhofer family — here the guest is really still king.

Wellness center available till 10pm, late check out, good breakfast, nice personnel.

Obsolete and not really clean rooms, overstretched staff that bad german foreign lipstick on glasses, dirty dishes, 3 days speaks, the same dirty tablecloth, run-down Spa with mold on the walls and everywhere around this replacement tiles by the pool, etc. Unfortunately cannot be recommended. 1 waiter who is at the same time responsible for the bar, serving salad bar filling up and Spa area.

First, I want to be off be sure that some evaluation may lead to this hotel very misleading! Apparently, there are always lodging search cramp every error in the holiday and so relaxing — I don't understand it!
But now to the hotel:
-wonderful location and very good arrival routes
-Very friendly and cordial greeting
-the rooms, restaurant and swimming pool beautiful mountain panorama — — > one feels at home!
Catering:
-Breakfast in buffet form rich, fresh and tasty
-O juice directly on the table, wishes of coffee and tea are included and freshly prepared
-Service very attentive and friendly!
-Dinner 3 course menu only very very tasty! creative and varied!
-also very nice and professional service!
The rooms:
-our room was very large
-Bathroom with bathtub/shower and WC separately!
-Views of the mountains — — > wonderful!
-It was a little chilly, but the additional electric heater helps there already quite well (only in the bathroom it was a little too fresh me)
-the beds could be really changed, they have the best time!
-otherwise functional furnishings and a beautiful balcony (possibly privacy to the neighbors)
Wellness:
-the three saunas, relaxation room and shower was very well kept and load to the relax (in the ski season is a good time 14:30, there is a spa on its own!

Before we arrived at the hotel Oberhofer we one day before arrival was informed that one of our rooms for the first day was difficult available because the hotel was overbooked.
Means of the originally 5 rooms booked, only 4 rooms were ready for occupancy on Friday. Concerned had adopted, nevertheless surprising that precisely the 10 group was notified upgrade and half-board though.
The impression of a cancellation was there because no alternative was offered. In the wake of it is unfortunately very easy to write that of course all rooms had been available, goods no later arrival be possible. About the upgrade has been agreed with the affected couple. (Kommentarüberarbeitet, there probably hotel management required — email attached in the bottom part of the assessment)
The ski is room from the outside for any freely accessible and relatively cold. For this reason, we have allowed the skis in the car, to the room took the ski boots.
At first glance the room looked good, unfortunately only at first glance.
Room 313, although newly renovated, but unfortunately the bottle of's predecessor, the cleaners on the canopy has been forgotten.

Das Hotel Oberhofer ist ein gehobenes 4 Sterne Hotel mit sehr toller Küche und ruhiger Lage in Telfes im Stubaital.

The rooms are very old but beautiful homepage.
Hotel is not recommended.

We had booked a wellness weekend but the hotel was closed 270 km and 3:45 hours travel time down for nothing.
The Hotel looks abandoned by outside you could see anywhere dirty and this should be a Best Western.

Cute little hotel. Only a few comfortable rooms and very personal service. Multiple award-winning restaurant (unfortunately not tested, ). Beautiful pool with views and private sauna area.
