Hotel

The interior on the floor and in the rooms is a bit old, but very clean and well maintained. Check in and check out were great, as were the reception staff, who are great hosts. Also the service in the restaurant and in the bar, which leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast buffet is really excellent. Except for the coffee service. There is a machine for various services, but coffee must be ordered from the service, which is busy with the refilling of the buffet. I had to ask several times. Tip from the hotelier's colleague: Refill the buffet from the kitchen and let the service take care of the guests. But it's just a small thing, I felt completely comfortable.

breakfast Is Amazing. The light lunch for the Kids Is ok.
and the dinner… compliments to the Chef. Every dinner Is an experience. Good and chic.

4 stars The hotel was very welcoming on arrival. Childs bedding and dressing gown was a nice touch. Great location near the ski lifts cable cars. Heated pool was great. Generally the staff were helpful and friendly. The manager was very attentive and even brought a glass of champagne to breakfast for my birthday, but on occasion the waiting and bar staff at dinner were sloppy and missed things or forgot things or brought the wrong things. Specifically, We asked for water in the morning and the receptionist was very unhelpful. We don’t know why we could not eat in the main restaurant unless it is half board maybe! We ate in the bar which was fine. In summary nice hotel and location. Would stay again.

Perfect place for holiday.

Great relax. The hotel is located in a very quiet and beautiful valley. Rooms are very spacious, clean, warm (it’s a chilly region even in July) and with a balcony having a nice view over mountains. Wi-Fi available in the rooms. Also bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast very abundant. Outdoor swimming pool. Car park available in front of the hotel. Territory very clean and well-curated. 10 mins walk to the funicular. For dinner — walk to the nearby village (direction of funicular) with plenty of tasty restaurants. Try vernison (deer) — just yummy. Minuses: restaurant closes at 8 pm, too early for us. Although we specially booked a room with one large bed, we were given a room with 2 single beds with a cupboard between. After returning to the reception, we were given another room with 2 single beds together. Someone used the lobby bar on our room, the signature wasn’t ours and we left the hotel very early each day for excursions, but the staff double checked and acknowledged the mistake. A lovely place for a relax in the nature overall.

Clean rooms. Helpful stuff. Good restaurant with nice service (Mrs Ewa is amazing). Swimming pool with beautiful view and worm water (30-32C). SPA area with sauna is great after sport activity. Playroom for kind. Quiet location but not too far from shops etc. Recommend.

We were very, very happy with the hotel.
The staff is very accommodating, nice and above all child friendly. The rooms are very clean, cozy and spacious.
The food was very good. There is a well-stocked bar for cosy evenings as well as a games room with billiards, table football, darts etc. The sauna area is top and well maintained. The wellness area has a well-heated outdoor pool with a fantastic view of the mountain panorama. After a long day of skiing you can relax. The way to the ski bus is very short. We spent a great holiday in Happy Stubai.

This hotel has not earned 4 stars.
— The staff in the restaurant was always at pains, but constantly made mistakes, forgot drinks, misbilled, offered alternative in case of protein allergy, but did not get it, even though the New Year's Eve menu was very expensive.
— The breakfast menu was only recreated sporadically.
— The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, mold in the shower, old insoles between the heater (it has stunk), forgotten slumps under the bed and this not in one room but in all 3!
— The management was directly alerted to the grievances, but no apology followed!
This is not the service you would expect from a 4 star hotel. It was really, really disappointing.

Service and food is great. Beautiful spa and outdoor pool. Ski bus connection could be better and the Wi-Fi is unfortunately absolutely unusable.

Was a vacation with my two Kids, and he must say has paid off. Beautiful, great led, child-friendly Hotel, with super staff and delicious cuisine. We were welcomed very warmly, the room was large, clean and for our needs very nicely. … The staff was super nice and very attentive. Thank you again for your class. Large praise goes to the kitchen, it was just was every evening on the plates up a feast for the eyes, the yet so delicious. In the Wellness area there was a lack of nothing. There was a large Sauna, large steam bath, an infrared cabin, a Kneipp pool, and of course the heated outdoor pool, the perfect refreshment after a wonderful day in the mountains. Conclusion — for Us, it went really well, we had wonderful relaxing days! — >We will be back!

I love this hotel, everything is up to par. The kitchen is amazing, every day something new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. How she manages to memorize people. Went in a row for 2 years. Alas this year on Ng there are no places. Success to you:-) ) )

Rare beautiful holiday! Everything has changed.

The hotel management and staff is courteous, friendly and professional. The rooms
are bright, comfortable and nicely furnished. The food is great and plentiful. The water pressure
in the shower leaves something to be desired. The House is recommended.

I have been years in the Happy Stubai and am always nice and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and all well equipped! I especially like in the Winter, the outdoor swimming Pool.
