Stayed here for the second year running and received a warm welcome back. Accommodation is great, room is very clean, food choice and quality very good but most of all is the warmth, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and especially the owner Georg. We will definitely return and highly recommend staying here in the beautiful Stubai Valley.

We enjoyed the hospitality of Georg, Sandy and co over Christmas 2017. It was a most memorable time for our family, experiencing our very first white Christmas.
What these people did for us was nothing short of sensational. One of my daughters fell ill Christmas Eve and in the middle of preparing for the Christmas feast the owner dropped everything and drove her to the doctor. This sort of customer service you just would not find in a chain establishment.
I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for a week with a coach party from scotland. What a fantastic hotel! Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are so nice and friendly and speak very good English. The food — what can I say. Breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, a good selection of cold meats and cheeses and tomatoes and a great selection of rolls and breads and cakes. There was a selection of jams too. Fruit juices and tea and coffee was also included. If that wasn't enough there was scrambled egg, boiled eggs and bacon! Certainly won't starve. Dinner consisted of 5 courses. First course was a huge selection of salads ingredients buffet style which you helped yourself to. Next came soup, then what they called the starter. We were given a choice of 3 main courses — fish, meat or vegetarian at breakfast. Then we got a lovely sweet. Very good high class food. We also had a BBQ 1 night. Again lots of food. The austrian white and red wine at the hotel are really good. We got a stubai pass which allowed us free travel to the stubai glacier on the local bus plus we used it on the cable cars to go free up the glacier and the cable car in neustift. The hotel is run by a lovely family. I would highly recommend staying here.

We found the hotel to be very welcoming and friendly. The owner took our party a walk round the village to point out places of interest. The hotel is very comfortable. The food is great and accommodate all our parties tastes. To be recommended. Lynne and Roy.

An absolutely top-run family business with a very nice view to the 11er and the Inn Valley. Great service in all areas and a very clean SPA area. You can see that the family knows what they want — satisfied and returning guests! I always like to come to the Tirolerhof in Neustift in the Stubai Valley and look forward to the pool.

We were now already in some 4-star hotels in Austria and I just need to write, that I this house recommend want to — even if it may now and again for my future reservations can be closely. This house is owner managed and not only just friendly, but very friendly and personal. From check in to check out were my wife, our Little boy and I highly satisfied. We were for Hiking and sledding. Toboggan direct at the Tirolerhof for free rent. The Elfer Lift is just 100m from the Hotel and is one of the largest Rodelgebiete in Austria. Me is the in-Hotel Spa is very important – a pool is not. The sauna, Jacuzzi area's, in my opinion, outstanding and in the relaxation room you may well find rest. My wife and me is naturally dealing with our Little ones is very important. Also here remained no wishes open and the cot is ready, the staff empathetic and a high chair while eating is of course. While we eat would be … and again I can only rave about … varied and taste good. Only my wife could have one wish in the Alpenhotel Tirolerhof: A small afternoon snack with soup and coffee in the Winter would find them beautiful. But maybe there's this so soon and then we would have nothing at all, what I have here as a suggestion would bring. We'll be back for sure – whether with or without a snack. ;-)

Friendly and helpful staff, good food, clean rooms and a beautiful spa area. In addition holds the ski-bus almost on your doorstep.
All this for a reasonable price.
Absolutely recommendable.

The standard room is quite ok! What is noteworthy, that the WC is separate to the bathroom! The TV is larger than in most hotels :)! The bathrooms is really great! A real eye catcher when you look from the first floor down to the Jacuzzi! The food is as it is heard in a 4 star hotel very well.

I was in this Hotel last year and I will be there in next 14 november with Mr. Cagnetti group from Italy. I'm looking forward to be in Neustift im Stubaital. F. Staffetta Ascoli Piceno Italy.
