We stumbled on this place after a long day of hiking starting at the Hildesheimer Hut. What a great surprise! We couldn't have felt more welcome — the host offered to take dollars when we thought we might be short on Euros and we spent a very relaxing evening with him yapping, joking and just enjoying the environment. I personally think the room (apartment) was great. I didn't see anything wrong with the bathroom as some have mentioned. Food was great too! I would absolutely recommend the place to anybody who isn't totally set on a Hilton-style Hotel with room service, valet parking etc. And would rather enjoy sincere hospitality.
➜ Recently made an Alpine crossing with Franz ;) and the inn was on our route … Must say the landlord is there Hammer :) Eat accommodation top, immediately back.

A really nice and cosy guesthouse with the nicest service in the valley. The kaiserschmarren and schnapps are to die for, and there's even a cute dog walking around the restaurant.
