Very cozy and romantic hotel room, we liked it very much, just everything! Room clean and spacious, great view from the balcony to the mountains, breakfast buffet with wide selection, pool and sauna maintained and relaxing.

Stayed here when I went to snowbombing. Fantastic hotel and the rooms were huge. Didn't each here, only had breakfast which was included in the price.

The first time after a good ten visits to Tyrol, that we come to a hotel in Austria for the second time, because it was so good. And also excellent the second time! Great service, hammer food, most beautiful rooms! Madness! We are also coming to a third time.

The evening meal was good but little price/performance does not fit was too expensive. The breakfast buffet was what the heart desires when you found everything because it was divided into 2 rooms and you had to walk back and forth until you had what you wanted. The rooms were clean. At the reception the staff was very friendly what I can not say from the service staff who were somehow stressed when you asked what you had the feeling the question is too much, short almost patty answer. Since I have already worked in the service myself I know that one does not deal with guests in this way no matter how full it is.

We visited the estate for the second time. Perfect.
The staff is competent, helpful and friendly.
The condition of the hotel is well maintained.
Food was fantastic from breakfast to dinner. Thanks again to the kitchen.

Nice spa area, the ice bath in the back is amazing alongside the view of the mountains.

Very pleasant here already. Nice friendly and delicious. We were there for 5 nights and were satisfied. I would recommend improving the little things: Leaving the service in constant order. Either I bring bread and rolls to the table or I leave it at the buffet, I bring eggs or I refer to the location.

Absolutely recommended. We were now returning guests to this House. Still highly recommended. Price — performance very good. Friendly attentive staff, especially the two young ladies and the Young gentleman in service (all originating from Hungary). The Lady Janka (originating from Bulgaria) has a great compliment for the great massage. Absolutely top. We had booked half board and were very pleased. Would love to come back.

Very nice hotel with very good service. Very nice, modern rooms. The wellness area is top, two trombones, a steam bath + swimming pool.
The food is very good. Super breakfast buffet, homemade bread rolls, all top.
Only the location, directly on the road is not so optimal. According to Mayrhofen itself, it is already a small piece.
Most of the guests had reserved through booking portals, so the standard prices are rather rare. We can definitely recommend the house.

Great value with a nice spa/sauna/pool area. Breakfast was great, dinner ok but nothing special. Rooms were large and comfy, even though it's a bit strange to have 2 bathrooms, one with toilet and one with sink/shower. Service was good but nothing special, some personnel seemed a bit short in tone and not very friendly,.

We've loved all about it. The food is great! The afternoon snack is plenty for a lighter lunch, wonderfully situated at the base of the mountain so you get the valley warmth and sunshine as well as the closeness to the glacier. Plenty of menities to make it just fun enough.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel for 6 nights. The staff did everything they could for you and was very serviceminded if you had any questions etc. The food and services sauna, steambath and the spa facilities was excellent. Fantastic cozy hotel on the edge of Mayrhofen in a quieter area. Stunning rooms & views.

I am here since one week, another one to go, and I love it. Lots of green around the Hotel, great fun for all family members aged 2-40. Can't wait for my next spa treatment. And the staff here is very kind, helpful and attentive. Absolut great place.

We stayed in this hotel in January of 2016 for two weeks and left it with a strong decision to never come back. The hotel is based in a great location and some rooms have amazing views to the valley and mountains. However it was so hot in the room that it made our stay quite unpleasant. We asked the staff at the reception to do something about it, nevertheless the only response we received was to turn down the heater in the bathroom, which is ridiculous as it was at zero level all the time. The other suggestion was to open the window and that was what we were constantly doing as there was no other option. At night time we couldn't sleep well because of the excessive heat so we were keeping one of the windows a little bit open and ended up being very sick as it was minus ten degrees at night time. We decided to extended our stay for another week as I had a 40 degrees fever and we couldn't travel to other places. Guess what happened on the 4th day when we insisted on them doing something about floor heating? It appeared that they have a centralised computer system to control heating in each room! Isn't it ridiculous?! Within a minute the temperature in our room was reduced to 15 degrees and all suddenly it wasn't hot any more… Tell me, why didn't you do it when you were asked about it for the first time?!?

We stayed here April 2015 for 4 nights and should have booked longer. The hotel is excellent. Great and lots of food, very clean and appointed rooms (ensure you get a view), pool, spa, sauna hotel grounds etc all first class. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The provided hire car is necessary to get around however Park and Fly at Munich Airport can be less than helpfull if you get the gentleman who refuses to speak English or provide information on the car and drive to Mayerhofen. Do not forget your Austrian tool pass. The drive to the glacier and trip up is excellent just for the views even if you do not ski and you must do the ice cave tour. The train from Mayerhofen to Jenbach and return or into Innsbruck is a great way to see the valley. We highly recommend this Hotel and location if you are looking for the Austrian experience, action or total relaxation.

From picking up our car until leaving Mayrhofen a week later, we have had an amazing experience. The food in the Gutshof is 5 star. We didn't expect it to be nearly as good as it was. The location is great, though you would prefer to have a car, which we did (provided by Gutshof). The room was very clean and easy to access with a pram. The bed was the most comfortable that I have had on our holiday in Europe. Almost like home! The staff were fantastic and very flexible/accepting of our 4 month old and 4 year old. Overall, we could not have asked for more from our holiday in the beautiful Zillertal area and we are sure we will come back one day. When we do, we will stay at the Gutshof for sure. Very lovely hotel and accomodation, nice and cousy with great kitchen and staff. Located at couple of minutes walk to centre of Mayrhofen and Penkenbahn. Spa area is great and so is the pool. Our kid enjoyed playing at kids activity room. Would recomend to a friend and already have done so ;).

Totaly enjoyed our family stay. Lovely facility and relaxed atmosphere. Food was great and the spar treatments were very profesional. Just found the heating in the rooms too hot. Very central for skiing. An overall value for money stay.

The stay in your hotel was very pleasent. Everything was great. The only thing you could change is lightning in the SPA area, lighting could be more "personal", it is all too enlightened.
