Excellent place to stay, the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, and when we were there they cooked eggs for us in the morning. Best place we have stayed in Mayrhofen and would definitely go back there.

This is top quality accommodation situated a 5 minute walk from the penkenbahn. Christine and Marcus make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive and are able to pass on lots of useful information to make your stay even better. The scrambled egg is amazing. The best place to stay in mahrhofen by far.

Just returned from a week in mayrhofen and booked the alpin garni eder based on the previous reviews and can definitely agree with all the fabulous comments — marcus and christina were so informative, warm, friendly and made our stay fantastic would definitely book again.

Fantastic hosts, lovely rooms, great location, delicious breakfast. Christine and Marcus are extremely warm and helpful people, they had lots of recommendations for places to eat and were always willing to help make bookings and advise the best ski routes in the area. Would stay again without question.

What a fantastic place. We stayed here just before Christmas, and we were made to feel at home once we stepped through the door. Christina and Markus are the best hosts ever. They had more than enough time for each and everyone of their guests and would recommend restaurants and places to go. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee just superb! The bedrooms were wonderful and comfortable, and oh, so clean! It was sad to say goodby to the beautiful slopes and mountains and this magical old town, but most of all, we were sad to leave this hotel and the wonderful and welcoming owners, staff, mother in law and Whisky!
