It is a dreamlike experience with all-round feel-good package, great facility, a great service in all areas and you notice there star chefs work fantastically.

I can only recommend here everything from reception to wellness offers, the food a dream, the staff super super friendly very helpful. The rooms very spacious. All in all a dream holiday.

Not only is this hotel beautiful, luxurious with stunning views it is one of the friendliest hotels I've ever stayed In. Wonderful energy and happy staff, scrumptious food and relaxing spa with hot tub overlooking the mountains… wow.

Really nice service, good food and a spa area where the number of guests runs! Very pleasant! I particularly liked the active program, everything from yoga to autogenous training is there and varied! Massage offer exceptional — would have liked to have had an oil on head casting treatment! Must come back — and gladly!

Beautifully located hotel. Great view in all directions and quiet. Many possibilities for relaxation but also activation. Good breakfast buffet. Sufficient choice and good quality. In the restaurant on Wednesdays the pasta bar is highly recommended. Main courses have rather disappointed us.

Gym despite beautiful views, a little too small and not sufficiently equipped. Really lanes swimming is not possible in the existing pools. But it's all more focused on splashing. Absolute no-go is that a fire was lit at an event in the immediate vicinity (actually directly under our window) to the hotel. Morning at 6! So were awakened by smoke and loud chatter. Pure relaxation. NOT!
No air conditioning in the rooms.

All in all, you have to set the highest standards for the prices required and unfortunately the hotel does not do justice to these prices. For me, no acceptable value for money. We will not be back!

Location and ambience are hard to beat. Food used to be worth 5 stars, but on our last visit we (8 adults) unfortunately had to criticize the quality. Roast onion and noodles were at a 3 star level. Unfortunately.

Quite comfortable, with nice public areas and an impressive spa. But the bedroom was stifling in the warm weather with no aircon and leaving the windows wide open meant lots of flies in the morning. Yeah, those flies, landing on the buffet and bothering everyone in the conference rooms all day. You got to sort them out.! Nice view, though.

Nettes Personal. Saubere, geräumige Zimmer. Übersichtliche Essenskarte mit leckeren Speisen und saisonalen und lokalen Gerichten. Hier kann man gut entspannen und die schöne Umgebung genießen.

Completely enthusiastic. We arrived with the expectations of a normal/good spa hotel here and are really off the socks. The food (every evening 5-course menu) of the highest quality, service first class and also the room tip. The wellness area is a pure oasis of wellbeing. Everything is tip-top in shot, nothing gammeliges. There is a totally family atmosphere everywhere, the staff remembers all preferences and you feel like you've been here for 10 years. We are already planning our next stay! Really great, great compliment and thank you.

A hotel in a prime location with great view, exemplary service and always nice and friendly staff. The rooms are very nice and generous, the Royal Spa area has much to offer and was always clean and well kept. Food offers a generous buffet and a delicious menu to choose from. In the evening, there is a bar and delicious cocktails. The fitness room is large enough and for any athlete the right device. These are very high quality and well maintained.
Overall, it is a modern building that features, friendliness and good service remains very fondly. From the hotel there are plenty of opportunities of the leisure offer and I highly recommend a stop on the way from Germany, and one visit to the fortress of Kufstein. Also, the toll can be saved when you drive the road.

Quiet efficiency of the service just blows you away. The cuisine is just perfect. Choice is limited, but who needs choice when the dishes on the menu are cooked and presented as they are.

All in all the Panorama Hotel is a very good address. The food is top deluxe and operation.
But it deserves no Castle the name of wellness. The wellness area is the biggest weakness of this hotel. Much smaller indoor and outdoor pool (In the winter). Not a wide range of nozzles, water massages, etc. Much to little loungers. Sauna village is too small for the number of people.
If you so want to do hiking holiday in the Tyrol, you are right in this hotel of gold.

The view is just awesome. Very nice set up. The food just average. 4 * s not just as a restaurant.
