Absolutely great hotel with the best services and allways "no problem" helpfull staff. We would definitely come back. Great rooms, great breakfast, great location, best service!

I have truly enjoyed our pre-Christmas stay at the Kitzhof, especially as we got a junior suite upgrade which was great and spacious room with a nice view.

We've just returned from this hotel following a 6 night stay.
The Hotel is nice, very good location, near cable car and old town. We enjoyed breakfast which had a good selection of local foods.

Another very enjoyable stay. The room (especially the capacious bathtub), the meals and the friendly staff were all excellent. For skiers, the location could not be better.

Close to 2 ski resorts, also close to a perfect slop to use the sleds (free at the hotel) to slide with the kids.

Overall this is an excellent hotel. The location is great if you want places to eat, shops nearby and the ski slopes a short walk or bus away.

We spent a week at the Schweizerhof over Christmas. The Hotel is excellently located, virtually ski in and very near the main gondola. It is also very close to the main shopping area.

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible condo for a week of skiing, and I couldn't be more impressed!

Week of winter sports. Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet, spacious kitchen with all the trimmings and great views!

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. The room could use a bit of refresh but my five stars go to the service of Anna, Andrea and especially Sonia. She’s very competent and professional.

I stayed at this hotel with my family—my parents, my husband, and our two kids. Overall, our experience was mixed, with some highlights but also areas for improvement.

Beautiful hotel, but it’s about a 25 minute drive with traffic to Kitzbuhel. There is a ski lift right next door, but it’s around 1.5 hours skiing from the main one in Kitzbuhel.

We ate at the restaurant — fantastic! Enjoyed the beet, pear & nut salad, and the fried chicken (Backehendl)! Wow! (update) this is my favorite place in Kitz, beautiful and family run.

What an amazing experience. The owners were so nice, the other guests were great, breakfast was fantastic, I looked forward to it every morning.

Amazing holiday experience. Location is really good. At the heart of the lake, next to the hiking track. Hotel is so nice and cosy. Rooms are clean and modern. Hotel facilities are new.

Quiet location, best breakfast buffet ever (fresh blueberries, mango, and raspberries), and wonderful atmosphere. Great spa and unique pool, they even have curling. Really uniquely good experience.

Our week stay at the Hotel Garni Entstrasser over the Christmas and 2026 New Years break was nothing but wonderful.

A lovely small hotel with the added bonus of an indoor swimming pool (which I used most days) and a sauna and fitness room (which I didn't). All rooms have balconies and breakfast is plentiful.

We had a great time at Alpenhotel Kaiserfels.

As a more than satisfied guest, we have visited this hotel for 9 years for every Christmas since 2016.
