I loos my cash money in the hotel room but it was my fault I just leave my handbag on table. But 5 star hotel it should not happen because I was trust all will be safe.

We enjoyed the Spa as day guests. Spa environment is lovely. However it is very disappointing that the spa bar/ cafe is closed. No mention of this on the website, or when I booked the visit. The only thing you can help yourself to in the spa is water/tea/coffee and an apple. If you are there the full day, you need to get dressed and are expected to go to a quite formal restaurant for lunch. When you complain to staff they say they get a lot of complaints but nothing they can do. They still charge full price despite the lack of possibility to get a soft drink or healthy snack/ lunch. It is such a shame and let down from a very nice spa.

This hotel is simply gorgeous. Perfect location in the beautiful Kitzbühel alps. Super friendly and helpful staff. Updated rooms with a fantastic view. The delicious breakfast from the buffet includes freshly prepared egg specialties and dinner in the Steinberg restaurant offers a gourmet quality. Spacious and clean spa. Perfect spot to calm your peace of mind.

Pro: Nice Hotel and rooms, beautiful spa, nice Service at the reception. Con: Service at the bar and during breakfast was awful. We tended to wait for half an hour for our drinks and had to flag down waiters to get their attention.

The mix of modern and classic does not seem ideal in the rooms. Otherwise great hotel! Excellent breakfast, nice staff and one of the best hotel bars I have ever met.

Stunning hotel! I used to live in Dubai and thought I’d been so spoilt by incredible hotels that I would never be wowed again, but I was. I went here for work and the service was impeccable… they even remembered me when I returned three weeks later, which really impressed me. Good (albeit expensive) food, spacious rooms, stunning surrounds and a gorgeous heated outdoor pool. Couldn’t fault the staff for their friendly and helpful nature.

From the outside, not so great. Inside, however, worth more than its five stars. Great amenities, beautiful rooms, best service. Great breakfast buffet. Large SPA area. Heart what more do you want. Restaurant not yet tried, is yet to come.

Fantastic hotel, in location, facilities and staff. Breakfast options were very varied and set one up for the day. The 3 floor spa beside the three indoor/outdoor swimming pools have a beautiful view of the mountain location.

Great hotel with rustic/ hunter lodge design. It has great views, a nice pool and jacuzzi with salt water, and a great spa. Staff is friendly.

Rooms are very nicely furnished, only the patterned carpeted floor is not quite my taste. Views are also great, both from the room, as well as from the spa and restaurant. Restaurant is lace and with the option half board also cheap. Only the beverage prices are partly really happig (€9L for 0, 7L still Vöslauer are already cheeky) and I also wonder why you don't resort to regional butter with bread and butter, which is served to eat, but at breakfast there is also Kitzbühler mountain milk. Breakfast is really top notch, there are no wishes left unfulfilled. The spa area is large and beautifully designed. The staff were really very friendly and anxious. The location of the hotel is very good, it is located on the local drive, but the rooms facing the street are still relatively quiet. Hiking trails in the Jochberg Valley are within walking distance and other hiking routes by car are just minutes away.

Great place for a stylish and comfortable stay. Awesome food from breakfast to dinner. Excellent spa, swimming pool and fitness center.

There is nothing missing. With great meticulousness, the Conferencier tries to fulfill all wishes. Great spa area. Breakfast fabulous with a large selection of honey.

Relaxed and above all quiet location. The generous offer of wellness facilities is particularly pleasant.
Despite all this, you should not miss the beautiful mountainous landscape around.

Unique Palace of Kitzbuel, Chicissime, eccentric, everything on site, ideal location departure skis at the feet, huge and magnificent ski area, cross-country ski slopes around not very beautiful, high-end catering but service can be improved, the Servers grow to consumption, hotel lively, there are groups and private evenings, area Thalasso clean, vast and varied, real pleasure to swim "in the snow", fabulous establishment, privileged place.

We are looking forward to our next visit again. Simply a top Hotel & Super Service.

The staff is suuuper. Also the hotel a dream. The only thing I miss is a Espressomaschiene in the room. Also has every 4 star House today.

Being a novice skier was a little nervous but that quickly vanished once at the hotel. The transfer was perfect, the welcome was always done with a smile and the facilities and food was perfect. Had the best instructor in Leah and by the end of our trip we were doing pretty well. Hope to come back next year. Recommend it to anyone.

There are pros and cons to staying at this hotel. Pros: It's beautiful and clean. The spa area is very nice, complete with three pools and so many saunas and private relaxation rooms I lost count. The valet, check-in staff, guest services staff, and room service were all polite, prompt, and helpful. Cons: Dishonesty about their spa water*, and spa staff that smelled of smoke and disappeared a lot (this was a pain when we needed service at the nearby cafe). There is also no shuttle service to other lift areas (this is available at many other hotels in the area) **. *In the spa area there are water containers with signs that discuss how amazing their special water is, claiming that it is revitalizing and whatnot. My partner and I were in the relaxation room and watched the spa staff fill a container with tap water. Confused, we decided to e-mail the hotel. A Ms. Schmidt replied to me the following about the Grander Water: " (there is a) filtering system in the hotel and the water from the tap is grander water in the whole hotel. That is the reason why we using the tap water in the spa. " BUT, the cafe at the spa sells Grander Water for $15. We're still unhappy about this Grander Water issue, because selling it for $15 if it's free on tap seems very dishonest to us. **There is no shuttle service because the hotel is connected to a lift. However, it is not suited for beginners like myself.

Very nice hotel with very attentive but reserved service. Just the way it's supposed to be!
The rooms are top, the spa is nice and the food good.
The location is outside Kitzbühel. You can get to the place by taxi or concierge or chauffeur and return again at any time.

Unfortunately what started off as a great day of skiing ended not so well. My husband approach the concierge earlier this eve to make a reservation for dinner on tues in their Asian restaurant since we had been told to eat there a reservation was needed but not the other restaurant within the hotel. Anyways to cut a kind story short when we made our way to the hotel restaurant for dinner this eve we were told that they were not able to accommodate us for dinner since they were fully booked. I couldn’t believe this. The guest relations manager who was at entrance told us the concierge had misinformed us. She walked us down to the concierge giving us the impression that she was going to find a solution for us for finding a spot for dinner… but decided it was easier to leave us there for us to become “ his” problem and let us fight out our problem with him! I was absolutely shocked. He tried to offer that he arrange a drop off at some restaurant outwith the hotel! But when ur exhausted after a long day skiing and don’t want to head out into the cold and the whole point of paying an arm and a leg a night in a hotel is to ensure you don’t have nonsense like this to deal with we refused that offer. When we made our way back to the guest relations the lady still persisted saying no tables were available… instead she offered to lay us a table outside the restaurant in the lobby area!

Hotel is very tastefully decorated. Spa is very nice, and provides you with towels for sauna. Breakfast has a lot of options, even freshly made omelette. The only negative point is the internet speed, which is about 4Mbit/s (not enough for watching Netflix).

Beautiful hotel with a large spa offering and a nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are very spacious and the view from them is breathtaking! Definitely recommended for a romantic retreat or a family ski-holiday.

Well, let's just say we were supposed to stay for two nights but decided to skip out on our stay in Salzburg and stayed one more night. We loved it! It's a five star hotel so its pricey, but well worth it!

Visited the Bar in Kempinski, beautiful hotel with good food and service.

This hotel has it all: beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, professional staff, friendly atmosphere, romantic outdoor pool, sublime food, extremely good massages, and right next to their own ski lift. There are lots of little free extras which really make you feel important as a guest. You always get an amuse bouche at dinner and a power shot drink at breakfast. The complimentary slippers are really comfortable and of good quality. You can get an array of different types of pi…llows depending on your personal needs, or some bath salts for no extra charge. The restaurants are michelin star quality but without the price tag, so foodies will love it. We spent around €50 per head per night and never had a bad meal. If you prefer a schnitzel and chips you can get this anywhere on the mountain for around €12. One day the ski lift next to the hotel stopped working, but it was no problem as the hotel took you by taxi to the next ski lift along. You didn't have to ask for it, it was just there waiting for you. No extra charge. There is a bar which has live music, but this is away from everything else if you prefer peace and quiet. We don't have kids, but could see that the hotel was very well geared up for them too with a playroom (again completely separate from everything so as not to disturb the no-kids guests). The slope next to the hotel is suitable for new skiers and kids, or those who haven't skied in a while and just want to remember how!

Great service. Nice hotel with wonderful interiors. Breakfast is great with wonderful options… However the dinner options are not good at all and it takes forever to be served each course.

The friendliness and kindness of the staff are the setting for a high-level hotel.

Very quiet at Kempinski. This hotel to go to those who can communicate in English or German because the hotel staff is fluent in both, but the Russians are not. Although for a week vacation, and we found that there are Russian-speaking staff (one porter, one girl in the pool, one in the SPA and one waitress in a restaurant). Our hotel has everything that is stated on the website and all level, as the hotel has only recently opened everything is new and beautiful. Staff very kind, Executive, smiling and trying its best to make your stay really comfortable. Large comfortable rooms with original, thoughtful design. Bathrobes, Slippers, gels, shampoos, creams, everything was a kettle and tea facilities too. Clean, it seems that each time when you exit the rooms. The towels changed, I think, several times a day. Very nice restaurant, a large selection of dishes for Breakfast and dinner, service at the highest level, for children there is a kids buffet. In the restaurant a La carte we had never visited, all the days went in the main. Most importantly, what were the skiing too disappointed. With us were two children 9 years. In the hotel on the ground floor hour children's ski school Jochberg, we came immediately after the arrival at the hotel, at 5 in the evening, talking with a lady that I wish we instructor for children "may be russian-speaking", not even hoped and lo!.

Luxurious, unpretentious and relaxing. I was amazed at the spa facilities at the Royal Spa and the friendliness of the staff.
