The crowning glory is the host family, with Barbara and Andi Gruber with her daughter Sarah. They run the Hotel with so much love and heart's blood, you are always close to the guest and his needs. You just feel good and you can perfectly relax. We were already several times to guest and can recommend the Alpina to the full. Just perfect.

My wife and I were with you last year and celebrated our engagement. This year we were with you as spouses and spent a week with you our honeymoon. It was very nice again. This hotel is only recommended. The whole staff is friendly and always helpful. All try the best so that the guests are satisfied. Our week was very relaxed. We have been thinking about coming with the family for the next year.

We were there for the first time this weekend to have a good time. Rarely seen such a nice, clean hotel with such a nice staff. It was very welcoming and especially the food was very tasty. Wellness applications are also only recommended. We will certainly come back!

We wanted to eat a leisurely meal as a Tyrolean, but we were, so to speak, outsourked … In the Hungarian dialect … We should ask at reception if a table would be free … Does the service not know about the table plan? Is this the abandonment of reception? We don't think so! Especially not when the restaurant is empty! Other guests asked us … Have you just been kicked out? Yes… And it wasn't very pleasant!

Super satisfied. Nice reception on arrival with welcome drink. The food and selection is excellent. The staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. Also at the Spa and Wellness area, there is nothing wrong with that. We will definitely come back again.

We were now for the fourth time in this hotel. It was the most beautiful of all stays, we had now. This was sometimes because because we had this time the feeling that the staff is really happy. In the past it always unbeatable friendly staff, but this time it surpassed all previous. Another highlight for us was that we — it was our honeymoon days — every day got a love gift from the hotel, and every evening our table with heart, rose petals and candles has been decorated. Anyone looking for love, kindness, great rooms, very good and perfectly sufficient food, and in addition a beautiful environment — with a suitable value for money — should be sure to book this hotel. Nothing in the way of a fifth visit.

Two swimming pools — one completely indoors and the other leads from the inside to outside. A huge gym. Bicycle rental. Saunas. Spa.
Phenomenal breakfast, varied lunchtime snack (soup, two or three hot dishes, salad buffet and a fresh cake buffet, searching his peers). In the evening you can choose between a (at least 5 courses) menu or meal in the buffet restaurant.
Very friendly and loving — the employees are with heart. Great complaint management (the shower was broken — with us was promptly repaired).
Rooms: from our point of view for that price to compare with any other hotel.

Very friendly staff. Very nice Spa. Good food. Our room was a little older, but very clean (like the whole hotel) and with a nice view. Sky TV is also available. Was a very relaxing weekend.

The hotel is beautiful and clean! With excellent cuisine and very tasty food! Wonderful service and great rooms. The room in which we lived, we were blown away with its stunning views! ) ) ) ) Before your eyes appear the majestic snow-capped mountain, so white and beautiful that this picture is hypnotizing. It is so beautiful that seems to be something unearthly!

Snuggle Suite, water bed, allegedly, not adjustable, for information, you can still sleep on the couch. Cuddly fireplace : there was nothing to Cuddle, The house, technology has not made it in 9 days to get the fireplace to get warm. Why? Large Shrug. The room rates of 145€ p. P. I expect that the features of the room work. This bad impression could make good food and very friendly staff up for.

Beautiful Hotel in Kössen, the Spa, the rooms, the food everything is perfect. An absolute Must if you want to make in the Kaiserwinkl in Tirol vacation!
