We stayed here for one night in transit. It was just great, from the reception, to the bar service, the friendly care at breakfast to check out. The rooms were very spacious, with access to the surrounding terrace. If you sit outside at the bar in the evening, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff is consistently very accommodating, the entire atmosphere invites you to stay. In any case, we will come here again.

Wonderful place. A dream on the mountain with spectacular views. Also the service is taken care of. The rooms, spacious and clean, with very nice views of both the forest and the mountains.
In ski season a chairlift practically leaves the door of the hotel.
Pets are allowed at a surcharge of EUR 10 and can enjoy the entire hotel.

Hotel "old fashioned" out innsbruck, convenient if you travel by car, free parking available. I recommend a walk through the woods nearby. Not bad breakfast; service so-so.

Nice outer location, very smokey smell at reception as bar is located near by. Stayed in family room, dated but fine for our purpose. Massive bathroom. Breakfast and staff fine. Stubai alps a must see.

Hotel Gruberhof was a nice stop for us. The hotel is located just up the street (short walking distance) from the bus stop that takes you into Innsbruck. The staff were super friendly and informative. We had a minor mixup with our reservation when we arrived. We didn't ask for anything other than what we requested but they upgraded our room and really went above and beyond. Their breakfast buffet is huge and everything on it was delicious and fresh. There is a nice little artificial lake just outside the restaurant. The hotel has some really great views of the mountains. I would stay here again.

Very nice room, with child ideal. I find a maximum of breakfast you could spice up a mouthful. Scrambled eggs and maybe ne coffee with latte and so would already help
But all in all we like to come back!

Room was nice, but my overall impression was that this place feels dated and over-priced. Location is good though. Close to the Patschkoflerbahn which is a must, or just take the bus if you want to go to the city. Takes about 10 mins.

Scenic setting is the Alps. The service was great and the staff was awesome. My wife felt like she was in the book Heidi!

A really old structure, the balcony could not be so safe (look the photo, send only the enemies :-) ). The ccard payment require an additional fee of 1.5%, it's not an absolute problem, but it's nowhere listed. I'm not sure that the yellow/green water is a lake. With a lower price the judice should be better. The Wi-Fi should be present, but the signal is so low, that I was not able to bind the net.

This is such a comfortable, friendly and convenient place to stay! We just loved it. As a family of 5, we can't always find a good place. This was great — — 5 minutes walking distance to the cafés, restaurants, bus-line, trams, gondola and even the tourist information office. We had two rooms next to one another, with a shared balcony. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious.

The rooms are OK but the restaurant down stairs. Was great the food was very good. It was a great place to stay for skiing. U walk out the door walk about 100 yards an get your ticket an get on the gondola. It take u right up the mountain an u start skiing. Definitely stay there again if I go back.

Fantastic food. A breakfast buffet you can spend hours at. Friendly staff. Stayed in a room in the old building and it was very large and always cleaned. Best views of the mountain range. Location is just top. Also stayed a few nights in the new building and for a bit extra super comfortable and beautiful set out tyrolian style rooms and again views to die for. This hotel can offer you rooms on any budget. Been there several times and love it. Hope to come again soon. Love to Stephan, Gabi, Lisl and Peter you are the best. ❤️️

Great location, lovely place.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Berge. Einzig der Hauptschalter war etwas defekt beim Besuch. Zur Küche kann ich leider nichts sagen, da nicht dort gegessen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit gemütlichen Betten. Minibar hat gefehlt :D.

I didn't have any problems. The room was spacious and in good enough shape and they even had a sauna! Good value for the price. It was really easy to get to the Innsbruck center with a bus (or with a tram that took a very nice route).

It was a nice hotel for the night, but not so pleasing to the eye. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night.

I had the opportunity to visit the terrace of the hotel on the weekend for the first time.
On the basis of parking spaces in close proximity, it is close here to Park then walk on the Patscherkofel to go.
After a hike on one on the spacious terrace of the hotel something relax and is then again in the car to compete the journey home.
The service is fast and very obliging.
