Great Hotel. Nice and comfortable. Slippers, bathrobes, free Wi-Fi, mini-bar, in-room safe. All the SOAP accessories and more. Good location. 3-5 minutes to Aldstadt. Good view from the window. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable and warm (in winter). Heated bathroom floor. Yummy breakfast selections.

We had a four-course meal which was served to us vegetarian on request.
The service was excellent, the waitresses and waiters always friendly and attentive.
The rooms are rustically furnished, very homely and invite you to a cosy meal. But this first impression should not be deceived; It was clear that a high-level claim should be fulfilled and that has been very well done.
Thanks again to the kitchen for the good food and the service staff for an all around successful evening. Anytime again!

It was a very nice hotel. The SPA does not have the pool.

Nice hotel, staff was partially overwhelmed and breakfast is not my standard. The selection was very manageable, coffee you could not drink and staff did not see. The location of the hotel is good.

Very nice hotel situated close enough to the Altstadt yet set back enough so as to be peaceful. Friendly bar, fantastic restaurant with authentic local cuisine. Excellent staff. Walkable from the train station. We took a taxi for 12 euro because it was raining. We stayed in this hotel for the Christmas market two years in a row. It's that good. Pet friendly. Nice breakfast.

Had dinner here tonight, unfortunately my "eagle-Tris" was a big disappointment. Quite long waits and everything pretty flavorless and usually drowned in butter. There was also sauerkraut on the plate, which is not mentioned in the card with any word. The service was OK, albeit somewhat stressed out; Our wine order was lost. For the quite proud prices rather a disappointment, which I would not recommend further.

Wonderful Christmas Eve dinner here. The family run business is so warm it felt like we were guests at their Christmas party. Needless to say, the food is amazing and elegantly prepared. We were fortunate to have the chance to visit the 500+ year old cellar which feels like a different era altogether. What a wonderful evening to celebrate Christmas!

Good for a romantic dinner. Good whistling, where you can also smoke. Little Schanivarten in front of the house.

A middle-class hotel. Breakfast buffet unfortunately does not hold what is promised you can not communicate with staff at breakfast do not speak a word German. On December 17, 2017 a mess buffet was empty.

Cozy place with beautiful rooms in style a few steps from the center, staff prepared and sympathetic, service restaurant good with typical dishes… pay attention to the cost of wine, more than the norm… discreet spa but with excellent availability even at late hours. Recommended!

Great location close to train station, large nice room, excellent staff, includes use of a sauna and spa room.

Lovely location and very well kept hotel. Wish the shower water pressure was higher and the pillows were firmer. Spa was lovely and the rooftop terrace was lovely for photos of the mountains (just go up the stairs all the way). Old town is just down the street. Would return.

Very helpful staff. Complimentary access to the spa is a definite plus. Rooms are cozy and nice. The hotel is small but has its own unique charm as a result.

Beautiful Innsbruck Hotel, with also a historic cabin of the Innsbruck cable car on the roof. The location is great just 5 minutes from the heart of the Old town.

Wouldn't recommend, very old in need of good maintenance and not very clean, staff very friendly location close to the old town which is a plus, over priced.

The hotel is beautiful both outside and inside. We took a "superior" room. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Near the city center and easy to reach by car. The staff also speaks Italian.

Service was a little bit of a let down, no help with bags by the porter who just threw out bags at us. Room was nice and clean but the aircon, if you can call it that, was about as effective as a midget blowing a minty breath round the room. The bar next door is worth a visit.

Very friendly staff! Directly in the center and only 15 min to the Nordkettenbahn cable car. Well suited for families.

Lovingly furnished rooms.

For professional reasons, I come again and again to Innsbruck. Like I live in the Black Eagle. Perfect location, easy to reach in the center of the city. Parking is enough in the neighboring, public underground car parks. Rooms nicely u individually decorated, just live rather than just sleep. Super friendly staff, laugh and be merry at work seems to be here to enjoy. You again.
