Breakfast buffet not at 4 star level. No vegetables, no egg, of all things just one variety. Rooms clean, staff friendly but often sits in groups in front of the hotel and smokes.

Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre to bad. Zander with rice came cold to the table and after the complaint at the really nice service the same food came back again only lukewarm. The other dishes (schnitzel and cordon Bleu) were OK, but nothing more.

Super nice hotel, very accommodating staff, great food and cordial family hosts. We can only recommend the hotel. Thanks to the Kirchler family with team for the wonderful time.

The downfall of the Sport Hotel Kirchler…
We have been there four times now and have always returned enthusiastically. The change of head at the beginning of this year, however, even if the hotel stayed in the family, makes itself noticeable.
The formerly refined and loving cuisine crabs on weak days at good youth hostel level, the choice and quality of the breakfast buffet has decreased significantly and the care and attention of the service leaves to be desired. This is not due to the efforts that are being underscored here, Michaela;-), rather the lack of professional experience and practice of her sparse colleagues.
The fact that the establishment is now operating in a more profit-oriented way is noticeable At the lack of the once loving decoration and the not so homey overall impression. Unfortunately, but also on defective bathroom fixtures and some dissolving wall claddings made of metal, e. G. With us in the room or in the elevator. A request for repair was unfortunately unanswered.
Let's hope that these are only current start-up difficulties, after all, except for the remaining good spirit Felix in the wellness area all the staff migrated. And apparently not even been replaced by numbers. Likewise, the four stars with which the hotel is adorned must be seriously questioned, not to mention the unchanged price with a sunken offer.
Too bad, but it's going to be time to go somewhere else!

Very nice Hotel and fantastic rooms, but really bad staff, not at all friendly and indeed rude. The cleaning ladies practically useless. And also very expensive like hotel.

Supernette location: Incoming staff, great food, great location — anytime again!

From breakfast to dinner, from coffee to red wine … we were very pleased. The rooms are also comfortable. We really liked the nice and courteous service. At the reception we were also always helped very professionally.

We have stayed in this hotel twice this year, for skiing in February and walking in July. On both occasions the hotel was excellent, fam. Kirchler and staff really do make your stay relaxing and wonderful. Fantastic food on offer in a truly great Tyrolese resort.
