Great hotel, the staff is very welcoming and attentive, the rooms are very clean and breakfast is just leaving.

Perfect location just 400 meters from the lake. Very nice personnel both at the reception and in the restaurant. Very clean and cozy. Good breakfast. The bus stop to the city center is just 2 minutes away.

Very nice Hotel, located in a strategic point as not far from the Wöhrtersee, the small Mundus and the center of Klagenfurt. Warm welcome, kindness and thoughtfulness on the part of the staff. Very clean and care for details.

Breakfast can be found almost nowhere better and the rooms are wonderful nice staff is just fabulous.

This hotel absolutely impressed me. It's placed near the amazing lake, and if you live higher, then first floor, you can observe beautiful panorama. I had a single room and it was absolutely tidy and clean. Personal on reception and in restaurant are very friendly and helpful.

I was actually recommended another hotel by a colleague, for my stay in Klagenfurt, but by chance, that particular hotel was fully booked, so I found the Plattenwirt instead.
And, although I don't know what I missed at the other hotel, I'm certainly glad I ended up at the Plattenwirt.
Staff is very friendly, forthcoming, helpful, smiling, professional and both capable of, and willing to, speak english.
The room was very nice, clean and neat, and even featured a small (but indeed useable) balcony.
The breakfast buffet was abundant and with a wide selection of high quality products, and your eggs are prepared as you like them, and typically within minutes.
The only drawback is the noise from the passing trains, which I believe could be irritating to some, but it didn't bother me, so I still give a well-deserved, 5-star review to this great hotel.

The best hotel in Klagenfurt, clean and polite, speak Italian, Local in a great location very close to the motorway and the attractions quiet. Not to mention the convenient free and guarded parking of the hotel. Great for managers.

Friendly and clean, the bar had a good wine — assortment. The hotel is located a few metres from the lake.

Checkin: 24h possible — it must be the room: had a very spacious, nicely furnished double room with a balcony.
The furnishings are consistent. In addition to the super comfy bed, the room had a nice sized TV with an estimated 55 inches as well as a coffee maker and mini bar. A free safe is available in the spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom is very large and elegantly decorated. The toilet is a separate room in the bathroom which I find great.
Breakfast: Rich and varied. Stirring and fried eggs are freshly prepared on request. Good sausage and cheese selection. In addition to sweet toppings, you can also find fruit, vegetables, cereals and pastry pieces.
Staff: Very friendly and accommodating a hotel as it should be. This was not my first visit and will not be my last.

Convenient location: At V'ezde to the city from the road. Still not noisy. Very clean, very polite staff. Delicious menu. In the hot weather there is not enough air conditioner. Scenic lake close by and mini World: mini copies of the world's attractions. The only Italian restaurant nearby leaves much to be desired for both the quality of food and the quality of service.

Very friendly friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms. Good location, you only need a few min. To Lake Wörthersee. From the highway also easy to reach. The hotel also has its own parking. Very quiet location, good to relax. With its own bar in the house. Also the breakfast is excellent, wide choice options. Hotel is highly recommended, would come back anytime.

Perfect for my one overnight stay. Not sure if I would have a long stay, place in August is too busy for me and having to go out and eat in the Restaurant attached to the local swimming pool was not my scene.

I can only join previous speakers. Hospitality in a hotel has something to do with kindness and acceptance to the recording. No Hello, no comment despite polite demand dismisses one perch. Not only is the sound in the entire reception according to carried out. Master of the House seems to know the rules of manners and of decency no longer. And just because a picture of the Pope there, it should itself not later hang himself. Perhaps nothing so bad that next door has opened a new hotel. I don't call it deliberately, otherwise it is called again, has to do with the review. The staff was even more scary than helpful. No wonder with such a Stoffel by Chief.

Very large, newly furnished rooms, very good location near Wörth, right next to a huge park. Cheerful and pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly staff and a great team make for a pleasant stay.
