Single room was sold as a double room, despite demand at the reception, no room exchange or discount. Light was defective or could not be switched on or off. On the positive side, breakfast was served or prepared very early because of an event.

Clean and no frills place — excellent breakfast and reception assistance. Caters for athletes as well. Rather noisy bedrooms however, since it is situated on a main road and the ac was not working.

The rooms at this hotel are, pretty nice aswel cool (when you leave the window and ac on) the breakfast suits my needs but I advice you the cook you own eggs do to the fact the eggs they make are sometimes raw but the coffee and other items are really good. I rate this hotel 4 stars.

I booked it for a business travel. It was clean but the interior was really from the last century. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a good diversity.

We were quartered there during our 3-day stay at Lake Wörtheram for the GTI meeting.
The hotel is located directly on a busy road — which does not bother, however, as the windows stop all the noise.
The reception is open until 11pm and the staff is very nice and helpful.
The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are top (almost new).
Parking technically, it looks rather bad. We didn't even be able to park there in the three days as the few parking spaces were always occupied.

I have been a regular guest for almost 15 years, very accommodating couple and staff. Rooms, as well as everything else in the hotel, are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet is more than plentiful and there is really something for everyone.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The single room is really small as well as the bathroom. Minor flaws, which could actually be easily remedied, can be easily made. For the price I have seen far better.

I must point out that in this Hotel room, one is not able to see Rai, Fininvest, and the other in the Italian language.

Firstly would like to say that the staff here are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is not in a great location being several kilometres away from the city centre so it will probably be necessary to have a car (not so much in the way of parking) or use public transport (there are ample buses). Some of the rooms are dated in appearance but the hotel has modern facilities and a good breakfast A nice stay albeit far from town.

Breakfast had a very small and uncoordinated staff cooking. Other than that the rooms were dark, but the staff was friendly.

Very good place. Clean and the restaurant is very good. One problem, the Restaurant is closed in Weekends!
