Excellent location and this all about it… We had awful smell in the bathroom. Nobody done anything about it. The just left the bacony door open so when we come back to the room after 4 hours out it was terrible cold… The kids were not allowed to make any noise at the kids club and were forbidden to play with part of the toys. They were supposed to sit there and to draw quietly… We did not feel welcome at all. Will not recommend it for families.

What a wonderful experience! Food was amazing, service is great! Lovely atmosphere, beautiful surroundings! Only missed the English menu… it was very difficult to figure it out! Wish to taste more of it but no sprechen german :D.

My family and I spent over Christmas at this hotel. We were very pleased. We will spend our holidays here safely in the summer.

Everything in good order was very nice and maintained only what was common, that we were not allowed to go to the restaurant with the stroller (4 months baby) according to the restaurant line …

Very nice rooms, nice staff and good food. The location is not optimal next to a train station, but the view of the lake is fantastic.

Excellent food, excellent service! We had lunch outdoors and it was fabulous. The schnitzel was from veal and was perfect!

Very friendly staff, family atmosphere, great offer for children. In my opinion, however, the house itself corresponds only to a 3-star house, partly there and there is some maintenance requirement (Terrasssendielen, wood, etc. ). I expect a little more luxurious ambiance for 4 stars. The spa area with pool is very nice. The beach is also a highlight. Unfortunately no free rental bicycles. Food offer average good. There is no beach promenade or bars around the hotel. Great breakfast!

We have been in this hotel for 16 years now and have experienced highs and lows under various tours. Under the current direction of the Urbani it is for us every time a "come home" — just great! Nice room, super-nice staff in all areas — especially at the bar (! ), the hotel directors extremely friendly and customer-oriented and the food… — At least not suitable for weighting:)! We are happy in the Urbani — and our now grown children too! And: Even our dog feels very and has found a good friend in the "Hotel dog"! What more could you want? Smaller "crises" are also used to treat gallant, if, for example, the pool loses its entire water over night due to a leaky valve, the local fire brigade moves in and fills up again. In the meantime the hotel guests are allowed in the spa Villach for free. So much creativity is sought in other hotels in vain. Conclusion: For us there is nothing to criticize — and we always like to come back! Family Wolfgang Slasher.

We come once a year to the European Bike Week, live in Bodensdorf and enjoy the Schanigarten and the nice service, the friendly boss of the Urbani Wirt and are always completely satisfied ;-)

Directly at the lake with free pedal boat hire, surfboard hire and kayak hire. Also very friendly and attentive staff, the food is varied and very tasty.

Unfortunately, the bottom line is, I can only a star type, and belongs solely and exclusively to the young staff that really make an effort there and is very friendly. The people who have a Say are unfriendly, inflexible and very difficult — never ever 4 stars and yet geschmalzenen prices are so what is not justified. The food has grademal ski huts-level, loveless Buffets from early until late and the rooms (in our case, family apartment) is a small room with a staircase to a children's bedroom, directly under the roof, without air conditioning,. So total pour le hugo. Unfortunately. You feel ripped off and is, to put it friendly, of uncharmanter mediocrity and Stillosigkeit surrounded. Sorry, never again!

Spent our short vacation there! Beach and water are super! Also the sports paraphernalia that are next to the hotel there are really great! Kayaking, stand up Paddeling, pedalo, windsurfing, mountain bikes.
Although there is a pier, but the small ships sail not too often on the day and therefore not notable!
Also that it is a family hotel we almost didn't notice! (Are a young couple without children).
Food was rather a small selection from the buffet but taste very good! So according to the motto quality before quantity.
We had a double room with mountain view room! Very nice and very large! Unfortunately I became awake always at 7:30 with the freight train! This was a point which had disturbed me.

Super family hotel, staff friendly and fast, food fantastic.

Hotel is located directly on the Lake, but also directly on the railway, which is however not very busy, disrupts the prospect but. The Bundesstraße is right next to the car. The equipment allows for a daily rate of 212, — (two people) to be desired. The rooms are old, hardly hold out the mattresses. The carpets are dirty, the shower was broken, was also not properly cleaned Toilets and tiles. The TV is a miniature of the old generation. The room had sea view and heated by the Sun throughout the day on 35 — max 38 degrees (no air conditioning). For children there is a children sleeping area with bunk beds, which is generally very positive, at these temperatures, we could put our children in the corner, so we have four of us spent many nights in bed.
Services: food was OK (mostly buffet) ; in the morning breakfast, lunch only a dining, dinner buffet once "gala dinner". Covered was in the 35-degree hot hotel dining room. I asked if we could eat on the terrace was a short answer: "no, certainly not, now you stay in! " Surprised by such a response I went to the table. The remaining service was trying but completely overwhelmed (most were trainees). 9-19 clock there were juicy one the one is free to use.
Child care: very good, nice ladies who are really good care of the children.
Pool, Spa: Pool is large enough (in — and outdoor), sauna area is too small.

Directly on the Lake, Hotel Urbani on Lake Ossiach ensures a relaxing and varied holiday with the children. Boredom is an unknown word for this hotel.
The children's area-the Falky land — extends to 115 m² and has a game — and crafts area and an indoor soft area, and for the pet-friendly a riding school for children. Further there is a children playground, a special animation for children and child care. So the parents alone can enjoy, for example, their time in the relax-oasis on 350 m ² — with pools, sauna area and massage — and treatment rooms — or in the garden area and Sun terrace.
The hotel bar with an open fireplace ensures comfort.
