Unfortunately, I also have to get rid of my annoyance here today. Having apologised in good form this morning for the not so good service we had the night before, I was in good spirits and excited for dinner today. As a starter there should be spinach mousse with tuna, served to us instead of tuna, Jacobs mussel. Without informing us, the appetizer was served. Ignorant but already skeptical about the appearance, I tried it anyway. If you like and tolerate Jacobs mussels, okay, but I don't. My appetite had already diminished significantly after that. The poor apprentice who had served us was also unaware of the change of the cook, but had to take the blame on behalf of the cook. Then the main course should come. We had chosen the Maishendlbrust. The nice Azubine came back to our table to let us know that this is out and that we can only be offered a chicken breast of nature. Okay, we decided to do it. Again we had to wait, because this should be freshly prepared. I would like to say that we were at dinner shortly after eight o'clock. At 9.15 a. M. Came the main course. The chicken breast unfortunately inedible, slightly raw in the middle, of consistency like rubber. We had lost our appetite and I was very sorry for the Azubine, who apologized a thousand times. I would have expected a professional appearance from the chef or chef here, and not the poor apprentice who is least able to do so. I hope the little one can sleep well tonight. Unfortunately, however, I have to say honestly that I am really disappointed. What a pity… because after I always spent my golf holiday by the sea and was curious about the mountains, I am very disappointed in the gastro. There is considerable room for improvement here.
