Just a perfect winter holiday! This Hotel leaves nothing to be desired and so much hospitality that I've rarely experienced! The food was just perfect! The room is big enough and always kept very clean and the ski room is ideal to house it all! We will come back for sure!

We are on our way home after a great holiday week at franz ferdinand Mountain Resort. The staff was super friendly and the food was great. All freshly prepared. It's also great that you can rent bicycles right next to the Hotal. We are very recovered and will be back safely…

Perfect! We have rarely experienced it in a Hotel that the entire staff is so attentive, helpful and friendly! From reception, room cleaning, Bar and restaurant staff to the chef. We felt completely at ease. The food is class, the rooms with an entrance hall, convenient for families and at the same time cozy. The lounge areas are welcoming, the location perfect and the included benefits of the plus card super. We will recommend the Franz Ferdinand of our customers and friends.

We are totally relaxed on the way home. After a week stay at the Hotel Franz Ferdinand with half board we can say with 100% security, we will be back!
Whether service, cook or reception, the staff is/ was very friendly. At breakfast and dinner, other hotels can take a look: a generous breakfast buffet and dinner made from local products that can be seen.
We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The standard room is small but fine, but completely sufficient for enterprising hikers, mountain bikers, etc.
A big zuckerl was the Nassfeld Card, where we could use the lifts of the Nassfeld railways without restriction. TOP Hotel!

Amazing small family friendly hotel!

Perfect hotel right next to the slopes. Just great what you made of it. Rooms have become very nice. A carpet in the rooms would be perfect, otherwise the rooms are really successful. Breakfast is top. We only had HP so I can't rate the dinner, but we only heard good things. A small paradise for families or children. Staff very friendly. Price performance is great. Much better than before. We come back, even in the summer for biking.

First of all the location is great, the room and accommodation is great as well. BUT … but… the room has floor heating that can't be controlled. So its like sauna all the time. Hard to sleep in these conditions. I can hear you think ' Just open a window' well we did and then we had a room filled with sigaret smell.
The food: Breakfast is great! no comment on that. But dinner… It looks good but thats about it. The staff of the kitchen is friendly but you have to wait more than 30 min before they ask you if you want to drink something. We have booked Half Pension but only water is included. This is not a bad place its only overpriced. The hotel is a great place if u have kids.

Super hotel! Little comments:
— If you have groups (like us) please install them in a more separate or private place at the restaurant and the roooms. I know we made a little bit more noise cause we where at your hotel in a group of +30 persons but you've got the space and the locations to give them a space where you can be a group without disturbing other guests. I know you've got the space and the places so be creative…
— Change the shower sprayers into good shower sprayers
— A new (fast one) and a extra elevator per block would be great + All the rest!

Perfect stuff with perfect barthender who is always in the mood to make god atmosfer in the bar. Fridrich you are the KING!

Very good value for money. Like a youth hostel but a bit cold due to the building. Offers residents to enjoy a short walk to the lifts as well as a sauna and spa area.
