Positive points: staff friendliness, quality and variety of food, location, room size, almost all-inclusive service, price paid, the chance (by many abused) to prepare, at a modest price, a lunch box for packed lunch.
Negative points: Dutch guests whose children, left sloths, as hungry grasshoppers pounced on the food directly with their hands, brushing often what had just been brought from the kitchen.
The amount of food, if you do not arrive for dinner early (by 7pm), it is easy that part of the menu is no longer available and is not replenished.
Room cleaning can be improved.
The reception service ditto.

Room was more noisy than the bar, as the playzone was next to the room. Noisy even after 2300. We asked for another room without any luck. First and last stay.

Nice hotel, but you can hear everything.

It was a very nice Hotel and the staff were very friendly and comfortable. I recommend it to those who want to spend a relaxing holiday immersed in nature and want to dive into the tradition of the environment and Austrian cuisine!

The hotel is quaintly cozy. The food was quite good and the staff very friendly Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit off and in one day is water from the ceiling lamp clotted.

We had a neat, clean room with nice views. Staff ear always friendly and helpful, discreet but always on the spot. All worked very professionally. The food was very good, each morning and evening a rich buffet with good choices. I would particularly like to mention here that there is a lot of effort in the buffets. Unlike many other hotels in the Marcius, for example, potato mashed potatoes (not powder! ) and noodles were freshly made (not dried from the department store) and the buffet for breakfast was completed with fresh fruit, cucumbers, tomatoes and paprika. I was scared before the stay because so many bad reviews are on the net — I can't understand this in any way. I also liked the very colourfully mixed audience from many nations there.

Super out of sight. In the middle of the ski resort. But something old-fashioned.

Very nice place with excellent service. Comfy with tasty and plenty meals. Hotel is very near the piste, but the way cannot be done with ski on. The only thing to complain about is lack of the soap in the swimmimg pool and relax area. They even have a kids corner with toys.

Friendly staff, good buffet, parking, some rooms are before reconstruction.

Hotel is unkind as in the Eastern Bloc staff; One is completely on your own coffee is more than disgusting;
Black flankerl have come along with the water (breakfast) ;
Indoor pool and sauna are fine.

The food isn't that great. We expected more. Rooms are ok.

Reto's place without super pretensions but clean, Cusi and all inclusive service OK.

The swimming pool is very small, the fitness room consists of two bikes, there is no information in Italian even at the room self service.

Then it is the first time I come here the place is wonderful there is a beautiful woodland however there are so many though;
The Wi-Fi,, is poor, practically unusable, the evening menu is static, monotonous and not always acceptable for an Italian, at lunchtime there is no choice, 1 scope and just, say you are discreetly but not good, efficient and kind staff, room service Distracted and occasional, hello.

Really good hotel and service as well, will come again for sure! Would totally recommend you to come! :)

Are more than satisfied, for the small price more than super.

The hotelroom is pretty. There is a little food-alternative for vegetarians or veganer.

I stayed 1 week at the hotel, located at a nice place. Food wasnt fantastic, personal was nice and friendly. Bed could use some renewal, room smelled a little after sigarets, probably because there was a smokers area nearby. For this price I expected not much, so thats what I got.

This is the place where you wona stay when are you going to ski in Nassfeld!
Great hotel and staff.
