The fantastic view adds a star (or two) to Oberer Gollmitzer. But the bathrooms are shared and I could overhear a telephone conversation in the next room. The rooms are dated and this place is (as pointed out in another review) in desperate need of modernisation. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and I guess the price does make it value for money too.
Quaint farmhouse but we had very noisy neighbours. We also had to share a bathroom and toilets. It really needs to be modernised. The elderly owner was very friendly as was the cat. Views over the valley were absolutely stunning. Hold on to your seat whilst driving up to the accommodation — the road is very narrow and winding on a steep hill!
