Ferienhäuser Thalbach Hotel
A spa area with a sauna, a steam bath and a sun bed is available. In winter, the sauna can be used for free on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16:00 to 19:00 (on request and surcharge on other days) and in summer, the sauna can only be used on request and at a surcharge.
Ferienhäuser Thalbach is situated in the Hohe Tauern National Park, a 5-minute drive from Heiligenblut’s centre and the closest ski slopes, and offers accommodation units with satellite TV.

The food in the restaurant was not really good.
➜ Very nice, friendly owner, super Apartments with large parlour and separate kitchen, each room in the apartment has its own shower and a sep. Toilet. WLAN throughout the house, SAT-TV and landline telephone in the apartment.
Large 5-Star Frückstücks Buffet, where there is nothing missing. Car-port for cars and scooters/Töffs. Bedroom opposite the street, very quiet location, dark curtains for sleeping. Very inexpensive.
We were with 2 big rollers and a motorcycle here on the 4th. /5. Oct. 2017 on the way via Gerlos — Grossglockner in the Dolomites via Iselbergpass 1204m — Staller saddle 2052m — Passo tre croci 1809m — Passo di Giau 2236m — Passo di Fedaia 2057m — Sella 2244m — Gardena 2137m to L A villa/Stern in Badia.
Good cooking is in sacred blood the church host.

The house already has something special, the friendliness is unique, great breakfast and the hospitality as well as the confidence of the landlady to the guests is top. The apartment functional and clean, the ski area just a stone's throw away and with the ski bus no theme. Unfortunately, the only restaurant nearby was closed but is likely to reopen soon. The ski area is not necessarily beginner friendly otherwise very interesting.
