Staff who have a smile, it's helpful, wishes are fulfilled. Good animation (thanks to Ule! ) Varied program if you like. Good tips if you ask. Something for children of all ages. We are happy to come back year after year. Keep up the good work! 👍😄

Rustic village on the most beautiful lake of Carinthia! Great A la Carte Restaurant, versatile program. Something for everything.

We stayed a week in the Naturel and it was a top stay from start to finish! during the week we were partly alone in the village and. Nevertheless, every performance was available u. All employees always strive! the restaurant Dorfwirt surprised us every day with its delicacies :)

Apartment 18b far too small for 3 people. The apartment is even designed for 4 people! Bathroom size indisputable, hardly any storage facilities, bathroom has come of age strongly. Sitting in front of the house is uncomfortable. Value for money is not right, is totally overpriced. Beach access size for the number of people on the premises is far too small!

Very nice ambience with rustic wooden houses. Generously furnished, very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is very varied, and the restaurant also offers good quality. The staff is very friendly, open and helpful. In the in-house pool and by the lake you can refresh yourself wonderfully, variety offers the sauna. In addition, a versatile program for young and old. All-round coherent overall package for every type of holiday.

Heaven on earth. Pool included, beautiful lake beach with sea sand. Kids kingdom. Comfortable and big apartments. Surrounding ravishing. This is really a premium resort.

It is always great here whether rain or sunshine there is always something to experience here. Great service here. Are already here for the second time and like to come again and again.
So now 11 months later and again in soul. All super friendly very helpful. The apartments very well furnished.
Only cycling in the facility and a few more sunbeds and umbrellas would not be bad.

Beautiful hotel with the dreamlike Lake Faak on the doorstep.
Ideal for families with children.
Direct bathing beach available as well as large sunbathing lawn.
Children and adolescents have a varied program.
And if the children have fun, the holiday can begin for the parents.
The good and varied cuisine rounds off the well-being.
Those who miss activities can either cycle or go hiking in the Karawanken.

Nice village character, on old. Sanitary setup a bit small. Gasonians large communal space, wonderful for families on self-sufficiency. Direct maritime access. Village inn available.

The flair with the original houses should be known and let go of it in advance. Our bathroom looked freshly renovated.
As a family, it can be recovered well.
Many offers can be used in SEELEITN as well as in Schönleitn. As a result, there are great additions in midseason.

Beautiful scenery. The rooms and the amenities are OK, but I think there should be two showers in 8 rooms.

Very nice Apartments.

The apartment was designed for 6 people.
Unfortunately, the hot water was enough to shower only for 1-2 people.
The entire apartment was damp, in a bedroom even a wall was completely moldy, so asthmatics can't sleep restfully without medication.
Shower as well as toilet are unyou. The water stood continuously at the WC's water box due to the high humidity.
Unfortunately, the heating in the living room didn't work either.
The dishwasher worked, but didn't really clean the dishes.
Unfortunately, the W-Lan did not work. The technician should come several times. Unfortunately, the reception no longer cared about our concern and we were unable to use the W-Lan.
The entire hotel complex makes a very unkempt and renovation-dependent impression.
Conclusion: Unfortunately, the holiday in this complex is not relaxing. Renovations are urgently needed.

Hangulatos és jól felszerelt, hagyományos faházakból áll. Ár/érték arányban egy nagyon jó hely. A befizetett felpanzio kiadós, többségében finom, ellenben nem feltétlenül az ember szája íze szerint készül. A menü tartalma általában fix, hetente a turnusokkal újraindul. Magyar nyelvű TV adók elérhetőek. Az egyetlen jelentős negatívum, hogy az adott faház elhelyezkedesetol függően van/nincs Wi-Fi es mobilnet (eddigi tapasztalatok alapján a többségében inkább nincs, mint van jó minőségű jel).

One word, rudeness.

Good place to stay with a few people.

They get 4 stars because of their willingness to give a proper vegetarian meal. I would have given 2-3 based on that they make the guests paying for heating while houses are obsolete without any isolation.

Food is perfectly, but sometimes slightly too little. Very beautiful location directly on Lake Faaker.
