Was putting our order in when the lady that was talking it stops and started to serve someone outs not good service at all. Not enough staff on shift.

Terrific food, good service with the waitress from bohol, nice ambiance and scenery definitely recommend your place with friends…

Worst experience. Cannot cater for large groups even though we booked in advance Will never go back there.

Went here for christmas lunch, food was great but everything else was appalling, wont ever go back for a Christmas again, very disappointing.

Fabulous Swan Chamber of Commerce buffet breakfast! Freshly cooked spinach, delicious mushrooms, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, grilled tomatoes and more… Well done!

Swan valley oasis restaurant is the best place to go with your family, the delicious food and well mannered staff and the lovely manager Thor is always great. I always enjoy myself with my friends and we love the yummy Halo Halo dessert. A lovely relaxing place to go with friends and family and also great entertainment every Sunday. We all love the big giant burgers. Keep up the good work.

Room was ok, most of the staff are great except the owner, she is a real peice of work
room wouldnt lock at night we rang the number to sort the issue, she rocks up in a snooty attitude
and ses get ur junk n move in this room,
we expressed we are not happy her reply is il ring the police n have us removed if we didnt just be happy … we wont be back n we wont be reconmend this place to no1 if anything id advertise to stay away…

Karaoke night should be free entry in restaurant when customers are paying and staying the night.

Good value for money and helpful staff. Free laundry facilities and Wi-Fi, so it's good for business travellers. Could probably use some maintenance works (wiring and signage).

Goo value for the room but the customer service was not great.

where do I begin
1st no one came to acknockledge us as we where sitting outside
2nd went to get drinks told couldn't order of the drinks menu couldn't order tap beer as the tap broke about a month ago and it's to expensive to replace then no diet drinks available
3rd go up to get Buffett lunch no tongs for the ham you had to cut it yourself and so people where touching it ect as there where nothing to hold it great hygien…e
4th a staff member came out to change baymarie got the old one out put it on the floor then put new one in
5th what was advertised on the menu was not available
6th desserts where few and far between making 8 at a time and as the restaurant was packed that's not good enough plum puddings looked like they had maccas cheese on top not custard
7th all our plates on the table no one came to clean them up other people are taking there plates to the dirty cleaning station I think for $70 ahead that's rubbish
8th been there for 2 hours where about to leave someone comes out finally to ask us if we would like dessert and we where leaving now… So overall very very disappointed definitely not worth the money at all will not be returning and will be telling everyone.

Great place good place for a fun game of golf or mini golf.

Lovely location, nice surroundings, restaurant great. Rooms good, needs a place for suitcases. Sound on the TV set not very good, hard to understand. Service is excellent.

Centrally located in the Swan Valley. Attended a birthday dinner. Nice meals, friendly staff did venue. Stayed overnight in a good room. Big breakfasts. Had a fun round of Super Golf.

The rooms were cheap and small but good for one night stay. Would be hard if you were an older person trying to get into the spa to have a shower though.

Nicely presented 11 bed chalet we stayed in, 3 ensuites, kitchen, outdoor area, BBQ.

Set in an absolutely beautiful setting of palm trees its like an oasis. Staff all friendly and helpful. A must visit.

My best friend had her 40th Birthday recently at Swan Valley Oasis Restaurant for 50 people, and we had the best night at this wonderful oasis in the heart of Swan Valley.
The staff were attentive and courteous, professionals in their services, and the foods were top stars!
We strongly recommend to this place and will plan to come back soon.

I booked a spa room only to realise after hours that there wasn't even a plug for the spa or sink, there was no milk in the room we had to go to the reception n ask for it, the bathroom had more mould on the tiles then my own bathroom ever has but that's not even the worst of it. Both the bedside lamps were missing the part that screws on to secure the lampshade in place so the shade was moving n rattling n the plastic around the power point in the bathroom right next to the sink was all cracked n broken. Both of those issues are really dangerous n could electrocute someone. Really not at all the standard we expected or even paid for. Not happy.

Only visited the restaurant and cafe waiting to play Supa Golf. At 1.10pm went to order one steak sandwich for lunch. Receptionist could not guarantee it would be ready by 2pm. Really.? With only a few tables filled? Then went to the cafe to try n get food. Choice was a 2 day old muffin (yes we asked) or a sausage roll. Mmm for Summer and holiday season that was quite bad in both sites. Shame really.

Lovely entrance and room. Staff have a fantastic 'can do' approach. Spa works wonderfully.

The staff were lovely and very efficient. We ordered the package menu for room service and were absolutely amazed at the size of the meals. Fully recommend the river and reef or the chicken parmigania. They were delicious and very generous portions.
Our room overlooked the supa golf and putt putt. Gorgeous view.

"treat to remember"
This is our second visit to Oasis Resort, each visit surpassed our high expectation. Possibly the best times we have ever had in a long time. The food and drinks, amenities, venue, restaurant are first class and service by friendly staff was also of high standards. Thor the general manager deserves special mention for her meticulous attention to detail. She comes out and greeted everyone and make sure we are all been looked after. I would recommend Oasis Resort in the highest terms.
I also like the idea of starting with "O" in Oasis Resort Henley Brook.
